Find the bugs in my bed...

I am 100% sure that someone in the hotel stole my money. (1) I had some Chinese money for taxi when I was back in Beijing. Since I did not need it in Holland, I left the wallet in the room. Every day I saw the wallet in my suitcase so I did not care. A week later when I was packing, I could not find the Chinese money anywhere. I was in a hurry and thought it might be me not searching thoroughly so I left. Later, I found the Chinese coins which should be together with the bigger notes -- minus the bigger notes. It must be the room cleaner searched my wallet in my suitcase and stole. THAT SUCKS!!! You were supposed to clean my room, not my wallet! (2) A few days when I was back in Beijing, I got this instant message from my bank saying that my credit card was charged for 51 euros by the hotel. The booking information said there would be 51 euros of tax, but that had already been charged when I checked in. So I called the hotel but the front desk guy was not friendly, telling me to call up in their daytime. Conclusion: The Chinese money was not too much, so I did not intend to criticize -- there are poor people; but the credit card thing really irritated me. That's a crime!

Estuvo excelente parece un hotel de mas de 3 estrellas buenos servicios en general, la ubicación permite llegar al centro caminando en no más de 25 a 30 minutos además en el camino puedes conocer bastantes lugares imperdibles de Amsterdam

Nice lounge with pool table. Room was decent, but carpet was a bit dirty and no kettle provided. Daily cleaning was good.

We paid for 3 nights but used only 2 of the and they didnt even give us on breakfust for fre and no reffound for the nigt we not used and we had 3 rooms

L'hôtel est très bien situé station de tramway juste en face très calme et propre label personnel super accueillant et très gentil la chambre était un peu étroite. Mais globalement je le recommande vivement

We think as we booked with Expidia they gave us a rubbish room in the basement (being that we paid a cheap price), we booked a twin, it was set up as a double and we could not move the beds apart properly and they could not move us to another room at the time, so we ended up moving the beds into different parts of the room to make it work no ideal.The beds would probably work well as a double but there very small as singles , my friend fell out of bed and cut his head on the bin.There was no extractor fan working so the bathroom smelt damp.

Good location - tram stop to museums right in front. Clean but the bathroom sink had a huge crack - gouge really. There was no remote for the tv. We finally got one at the end of second day after asking several times - but tv was broken. Not nearly enough light in the room There was no treatment or mat for the shower bottom (tub) so it was very slippery. We had to use towels.

Surprised distance from centre 50 min walk but did make us use metro and tram .If stay more than 24 hrs buy pass for your stay cost 8eur 24 hour Number 12 tram takes 22 mins stops outside. We had upgrade and they kept out luggage at the beginning and end if our stay very pleased. Area Pijp very nice plenty of bars and eateries and a market with street food.

It is a good hotel and the receptionists were very kind and helpful. What really misses is the breakfast, not having it at the hotel makes the trip a little more complicated.

Well this hotel is a tricky one, it's in the process of renovating so some features are great like the lobby area, the lounge. Staff is great, water bottles provided by the hotel is very nice, same for coffee and tea. The room is clean, it's a retro design so it's a fun experience, the room is old and a few things didn't work well, after pointing it out it was fixed, the room feels old but again an experience. I do not feel the price 110 euro being charge reflects the rooms, the experience in general, after the renovation i can understand.... One more thing, the room is big, mattress is top notch! Maybe for two ppl more space for clothes is needed, the hot water pressure is low at the 3rd floor, a slow shower or bath 😅. Location is great, 2km from center, a beautiful walk with many things along the way. All in all a decent experience👍. 🙏

Great location-- more a taste of neighborhood Amsterdam then the touristy areas. All in all a nice little hotel. Only issue was air conditioner leaked some condensation when we first came in (damp patch). Will attribute that to the very abnormal hot spell that preceded our arrival. Staff was very nice. Would stay again.

Airco deed het niet. Niet fijn bij 38 graden. Personeel achter balie vond films kijken belangrijker dan klanten helpen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would be perfect however one of the beds (room 210) had bed bugs and one of the people that stayed with me came away with many bites.

Water & coffee included, very goog idea when you're not free as at your house

I stayed there during an exhibition at the RAI. 10 minutes walk to the exhibition and plenty of good restaurants nearby, The hotel is nice and clean, but have no bar or restaurant, but it is so easy to walk down the road for breakfast. I liked it and will be back.

Posizione decentrata ma in quartiere vivo e simpatico. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. La struttura però non giustifica il prezzo del soggiorno: la stanza è piccola e il letto è scomodo. Ci sono cavi elettrici (in sicurezza) a vista e lo spazio è sacrificato. Troppo caro per quello che offre.
