Supernova is around 20 mins walking distance from Rotterdam Train Station. The room is comfortable, and the staffs are quite friendly.

Niet overdonderd door het hotel. Alles was in orde maar ik vond het een triestig ontbijt. Wel zeer positief zijn de fietsen die je er kan lenen.

Very cool hotel in a convenient part of the city…can walk to several different tram/bus stops to get around easily.

Great staff and a beautiful building.

Loved it and will recommend it. Room was spacious, clean and lovely and so are the communal areas. Staff are friendly. We liked the take out breakfast option.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and shower was big. We appreciated the small fridge and the cold jug of water. It was easy to walk to all the sights we wanted to see, and there were several restaurants nearby to eat at.

We chose this hotel due to the many reviews noting its cleanliness. We were upset to check in and find dirty unscrubbed shower tile, and ripped & stained bedsheets.

Lovely hotel! The rooms were wonderful and comfortable, staff were really welcoming and helpful. We had a great weekend here and would definitely stay again! It was also a great location, where it was easy to walk and cycle around town, close to bars and restaurants as well as the main station. Thank you so much!

Die Lage und die Unterkunft war gut. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.

Property was very clean and modern but with a boutique feel. The staff were so helpful. Bar area was nice. We didn't have breakfast but it looked acceptable but nothing special. The room was clean and very comfortable with a very sweet balcony. The only downside was the AC was very bad and it was 28 degrees when there so the room was very hot to sleep at night. The bikes were very useful and we used them for 3 days to get around. I would recommend and stay here again

Supernova is in a great location: quiet but with lots of options to eat out nearby, and walking distance to the central area. To a person, staff members were lovely: friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s design made the stay feel like a special treat. And Rotterdam itself was a special place, having a calm, relaxed feel but a great city vibe - lots to do and lots to see.

Excellent staff, beautiful decor. Few issues with noise from neighbouring property which was sorted by reception (thank-you!).

Beautiful design hotel, but function of the room is not good. Our room had steep stairs from bed to bathroom, and not full high for persons over 170 cm in the area around the bed. We were “offered” to pay for an upgrade to a different room, but same challenge, ceiling too low, you will be crawling into your bed. Before booking, pay attention to the pictures of the rooms and assess yourself cause this is not described on hotels.com

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questa struttura. La camera era pulita e molto ampia per 3 persone, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il letto era davvero comodo. Una piacevolissima sorpresa è stato il giradischi, un dettaglio originale che ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più accogliente. Anche il bagno era spazioso e moderno, con una doccia comoda e funzionale. Lo consiglio!
