Uma das estadias mais acolhedoras e atenciosas que tivemos. A localização do hotel é excelente. Central se faz muitas coisas a pé. Tem transporte público acessível bem próximo. As instalações são ótimas. O atendimento aos hóspedes e a atenção dispensada não tem igual, é singular. Fomos apoiados em tudo o que precisamos e recebemos diversos mimos durante nossa estadia. Atenção sem igual. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza. Super recomendo!

I was charged €12.50 per night for a baby cot and €40 per night for an extra bed for my three-year-old, which I find excessive. I have never stayed in a hotel that charges for a baby cot. Additionally, the hotel emailed me a total price that included breakfast, but this price was not honoured, despite it being their error. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not disclose the additional charges for extra beds until the day before check-in, leaving no opportunity to cancel the booking and find more suitable accommodation at a reasonable price.

Kamer was heel schoon, douchekop had aardig wat kalkaanslag en de handdouche zat los. Je krijgt een leuke goodiebag als je uitcheckt. Ontbijt was goed, je kan pancakes, frenchtoast en omelet bestellen.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff members, amazing breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in the Collector. It’s located in the heart of town but please note that if you have sleeping problems, it can be quite noisy at night time. We would definitely stay here if we’re ever in The Hague again.

Een heel fijn en mooi ingericht hotel midden in het centrum en toch heel rustig gelegen. We hadden de eenvoudigste kamer, deze was prima en sfeervol ingericht. We komen zeker nog eens terug

Staff was amazing from check in to departure. Great location close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even give you a snack bag upon checking out.

Très bel emplacement pour marcher; cependant, pas de stationnement et situé dans une zone piétonnière, alors ’enfer garer l’auto et se déplacer avec les valises dans la rue pavée. La chambre est minuscule, à peine la place pour circuler. Pas beaucoup d’amenities. La salle de bains était très propre, mais avait un odeur d’humidité désagréable. Le déjeuner très bon.
