Very very nice hotel with amazing breakfast

The amenities are all considerate. The room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. The bed and the pillows are super comfy. Just next to the Amsterdam RAI station, super convenient. Highly recommended.

Excellent room and service

三天兩夜 第一天晚上有進來整理被子 但沒有吸地板 很多灰塵 第一天一抵達就發現咖啡機裡仍有使用過膠囊 沒有拿走 第二天冰箱沒有補礦泉水

This hotel is very clean and quiet. They are very considerate to your need. Book and enjoy your stay.

Nydelig

The rooms are nice, clean and very roomy, beds are great and confortable. The halfways are clean and so is the breakfastroom. More then enough choyces for breakfast. Reception is on 5th floor, very spacious and easy access to the reception, the employees are accurate and deliver a fast check-in. On the same Floor there is a bar, as on groundlevel bar and small restaurant. Van der Valk Zuid As had their own garage. Easy to enter. I like to sleep here when I have to be in Amsterdam, because it is right off interstate 10 and close to the tram (trolly), and underground, bringing you to the center of Amsterdam in no time.

Excellent hotel!

How is this a four star hotel... I do not know. I've never stayed in such a dirty room before in my whole life. The Room: The room itself was dirty. Looking into the corners of the room you would see clumbs of dust piled up. It gives the impression that the cleaning done in this room by the cleaners are to an extremely low standard. We have ordered room service and left it on the side table inside the hotel room anticipating that it would be cleared and cleaned the following day by the cleaners. We walk into our room the following day to see all of the room service still on the table and not collected? All the cleaners had done was replaced the towels and make the bed. (FYI during the whole stay they did not collect the room service and left it, for a 4 star hotel this is not a 4 star standard) It makes you think have they actually cleaned the room? Wanted to read a book in the bed before going to sleep? Forget about it. The light switch for all of the lamps didn't work, so it was either have all the blinding lights on or complete darkness. Again for a 4 star rating and the price I paid, this is shocking. Breakfast: The glasses for the juice were extremely dirty on each day. The staff were nowhere to be seen most of the time. Overall I'm disappointed in this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone on this basis.

新しいモダンなホテルで良かった。（但し、バスルームの配置／使い勝手は余り良くなかった。）スタッフは親切で良かったが、全体的なサービスのレベルは都市ホテルとして一流とは言いがたいレベルであった。

parfait impeccable

Der Zimmerservice kostet 19,50€ Servicegebühr. Ansonsten ein guter Service und ein gutes Frühstück! Die Sauna ist auf einem hohen Niveau!

On à littéralement dû abandonner notre suite car la réception a menacé d’appeler la police car on a refusé de payer 300€ supplémentaire pour cause qu’un ami nous a raccompagnée à l’hôtel et on a pas le droit de se faire racompagner. Bref pour le prix nous nous attendions à un meilleur traitement, je suppose que sous prétexte que nous sommes noirs nous sommes considéré comme des personnes problématiques. On s’est retrouvé à libérer la chambre à 5h du matin comme si nous étions des malfaiteurs.

Room was beautiful, amazing view, spotless, spacious. Hotel staff were lovely, breakfast was nice. Wellness suite was nice, with all the different Saunas and etc. Transport to central really easy as Amsterdam Rai station less than 3min walk to the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

The room was lovely and cleaned when requested

the room itself and common areas were clean and well appointed. the staff were short with us. it was impossible to get an uber. this hotel is not near any tourist attractions. it made getting around hard. luckily we had a car. to get to the harbor from here was 25 minutes by car.

部屋は清潔で広くゆったりとしていて、良かったです。 毎日、お水が2本冷蔵庫に入っていたのもとても助かりました。鏡の前の机に椅子がなかったのと、コーヒーメイカーの調子が悪かったのが少し残念でした。 朝ごはんもバラエティに富んでいて良かったと思います。

Great experience

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms were really well equipped. Our room was super spacious. The cleaning was not great- the room wasn’t vacuumed in the 4 days we were in the room which was not great. The reception and bar staff are excellent. There is no good food around the hotel.
