We stayed at Vistalmar to kick off our honeymoon and loved every minute. It’s very private, all the pools are so neat, the private beach dock is BEAUTIFUL, and the most surprising but fun perk was the dogs!!! There’s a lot of friendly, calm dogs throughout the property that add to the experience. One even escorted us to and from the nearby bar one night hahaha
In terms of quality, the rooms are clean, they smell nice, and the public areas are kept very pristine as well. Everyone on the property is friendly. Angelique was very responsive to any issues via WhatsApp, both during and after our stay. Even though you can hear the planes coming in and out of the island, it never felt too loud or disruptive.
My husband would only hope that there’s a way to get fresh towels or our sheets changed if we were to stay longer next time. But we loved it and hope to stay there again!

Everything was wonderful. Perfect spot not being in the middle of busy areas. Wonderful to have a private beach, as well as a great Restaurant that’s literally a one minute walk! Will definitely stay if I return to Aruba.

Property well-kept and very comfortable. Large kitchen area and room was spacious and super clean. Loved the pools and private "oasis" area. Great resturant across the street. Used the kayak to take a tour around the marina. Will definitely come back!

Angelique was fantastic communicating what we needed to do to self check in. She made sure we had everything we needed to get in to our unit. The highlight of our stay, however were the dogs that were so friendly and gentle. We did not expect those dogs to be so loving and affectionate. Having the experience was quite unique. The dogs even came to visit while I was reading one morning outside by the pool and while we were in the pool one afternoon. Perhaps they smelled the pizza we were having. HAHA… The area where we stayed was very quiet and safe. Although the airport was truly behind us, it didn’t bother us at all considering there weren’t many flights going in and out of Aruba and the flights didn’t come in too early or too late. We were very relaxed during our stay and there would be no doubt we could easily stay again the next time.

False advertising. This property states that they are located on a white sand beach. There is no beach nearby. You will need a car if you stay here and want to go anywhere. Also the restaurant is not onsite.

Room had knifes, forks, spoons, coffee, toaster, pots, pans, bowls, blow dryer, soap, towels, pool but no privacy. Other will walk right by your room
Room DID NOT HAVE A SAFE, broken beach umbrella, no beach chairs, no cooler.
This was 9 mins from airport. And the beach access is across the road, yes there’s dogs on the property but they are harmless and I would like to think they waited for me when I got home.
Overall I improvised. And if your a low maintenance then you’ll have a great time. Be sure to cook your own breakfast, hit the beach with snacks and drinks and make dinner reservations after the sunsets.
