Idéalement placé, la chambre était parfaite pour deux adultes et deux enfants

Cute space and great staff. Lots of stairs to take into consideration but very common for Amsterdam. Location is wonderful and close to transport. The free welcome drinks at the Cafe were great additions as well.

Good: in the heart of and/or near most attractions (walk everywhere), very friendly staff, decent rooms, renovated toilet/ showers/ sinks Bad: bed bugs!!!! Left nasty marks, bar across street parties all night and no elevator/ narrow, winding stair case/ w very narrow steps....dont bring large suitcases

Little bit cold in the rooms. Otherwise really nice and smooth stay.

Staff were helpful and tram stops nearby.

The first floor room facing the street was noisy and disruptive, especially at night. The space felt cramped, and bathroom amenities such as body wash were never replenished during the stay. The toilet also failed to refill properly. Overall, a disappointing experience for the price point.

Room was around 8’ x 12’ with bathroom separated, a bit tight. Staff was exceptional and room was immaculate.The problem was with noise, a bar was near by, also quite nice. The noise lasted until after 3:30 am, ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones proved ineffective..

Staff were super friendly helping with check in and also helped us get our bags to the room! Would definitely stay here again, location is perfect.

Very nice staff! Only complaint is the remote for the 2nd TV was not available.

The hotel is in the museum district, a very short walk from the tram stop. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. It is in a walking distance to the museums, flower market and other sites. It took us about 25 minutes to get there from the airport using the train and then the tram. The staff at the reception was very nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a good location. Cleanliness could have been better.

We had a great stay . Not noisy at all as some of the reviews say ! Helpful staff and really well situated as not in the busy tourist part but near a beautiful park . Thank you
