離地鐵很近、周遭環境很安全，最棒的是提供自助寄放行李和入住前可使用公用淋浴間，為長途搭機的人設想周到！唯一美中不足的是離飯店最近的超市要走8-10分鐘

hotels.com vip 可得免費upgrade，我們得以升等至 loft XL，房間很大，有飯廳和客廳得以享受家的感覺。 酒店旁有一家E字頭的小cafe，pancake很好味，可以一試。 由於是appartment形式，住宿期間只會有一次執房，清潔程度可以接受，房間也有足夠備品以供使用。

WI am impressed by the design of hotel. The hotel check-in counter where located at the roof is a delicated design that allows everyone to enjoy the amazing view of Amsterdam. The room is not big but equipped with everything you needed. I had enjoyed a nice time here and the hotel is near the metro. You can take metro to NS station within 10mins.

距離metro只需5分鐘水，天台簡直另一天堂，一定要上去。房間樓底高，舒適而善用空間，有changing room、locker room供客人在未夠鐘check-in或check out後用。唯一美中不足係locker安排了兩次都是上層位置，對於長途旅行者會帶行李箱的旅客不便。只有這點需要留意，其餘所有都滿意

Most are very well. TV remote control is out of function. Water heater is difficult to clean, water limescale is easily left. If price could be lower, I would be love to stay more days.

First of all, the design of the room is good.However, the cleanness is very bad. On the sofa, it has a blanket. When I opened it, it is seen that some jam stain is on the side of the blanket and also under the sofa, it has some clothings left by the previous guests.... In additiona, a lot of nails or white little things are found on the carpet. It was really disgusting. We stay 5 nights and we the house-keeping just made the bed (is like the same when we left, just put it nicely only). But they did change the tower, but if the hose keeping level like this it is better to not have it. Also the emergency alarm are always out of order, it happened been twice a day that the false alarm keeps annoying us. One is even at 1:45 am in the midnight, and we had to call the reception and then was told it was a mistake. I think this hotel does not really take responsibility for the guests. If you make the trouble that about the security always need to have an explanation to the guest. However, we receive nothing!!! Strongly not recommend this hotel if you have another choice do not choose this hotel. Price is cheap but is same with the services.

We had enjoyed a lot during our stay in Zoku. The facilities in the loft are just perfect. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. I would give a rate of 95/100. 5 points are deducted due to some dirts were found on our towels after the regular replacement.

Very good experience in Zoku. Like the overall feel and environment of the hotel. Love the design and interior of the room, also the social media area of the 6th floor, we can hang out there and play ping pong :) , comfy and fun. From check in ,accommodations, restaurant, facilities, and check out, ALL smooth and TOP notch. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We had dinner there and the food are delicious. Would definitely stay again!!

El concepto está padre pero para chavos, el tema de las habitaciones es muy padre pero para gente joven. Creo que no lo pondría como opción para adultos, el tema de la escalera para subir a la cama, que no se pueda ver la tele desde la cama, que no haya servicio de limpieza a menos de que lo pidas, en fin, no es un hotel para adultos. La cocina es buena pero tiene pocas opciones

Great location, close to Metro. Awesome rooftop; ideal for viewing the city and gathering. Restaurant and Bar are also on rooftop. A bit of disappointment on the breakfast choices: either coffee/croissant or the entire Buffett. Overall a great place to stay.

we found the property to well positioned and very clean. staff were very nice and helpful and the place just had a great vibe to it.

We just wish the room temperature was something that we could adjust! The room was too warm for us and we couldn't adjust the temperature. This impacted our sleep.

J’ai passé le week-end au ZOKU Amsterdam et difficile de ne pas partager cette expérience tant elle a été fluide, chaleureuse et inspirante. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a été exceptionnel grâce à Federica, dont la bienveillance et l’enthousiasme ont marqué tout mon séjour. Toujours disponible, elle m’a guidé avec des recommandations précieuses pour découvrir la ville autrement, en dehors des sentiers battus. Le coworking space est l’un des points forts du lieu : design intelligent, ambiance détendue et pro à la fois, avec une vue imprenable depuis le 6e étage. Parfait pour travailler tout en se laissant inspirer par la ville. Côté bar : cocktails originaux, finger food savoureux, une carte simple mais ultra efficace. Un vrai plaisir de s’y poser après une journée bien remplie. Les lofts ZOKU sont un autre atout : fonctionnels, bien pensés, hyper agréables à vivre. Tout est optimisé intelligemment sans jamais sacrifier le confort. On sent que chaque détail a été réfléchi. Bref, un rapport qualité-prix rare, et surtout, de belles rencontres tout au long du séjour. ZOKU réussit ce que peu de lieux savent faire : allier confort, design, efficacité et chaleur humaine.

The staff and cleanliness of the room for how expensive it is are very poor. The staff are not helpful or friendly. Not sure if they were on strike during my visit. The room was a disaster. The bed wasn’t made, dust everywhere, not enough towels, no fridge/microwave/anything to make the place a home. The window doesn’t even open all the way so if your A/C is bad you’re going to be very hot. Tbh don’t stay here. Come for the roof and the restaurant. Those are the best parts. I cancelled the rest of my stay after one night and found a better hotel. If you do stay here: There is luggage lockers on-site available before and after you check-in which is a lovely touch. You also have access to a shower even before check-in if you want to rinse off before enjoying the city. Location is lovely with shops and grocery just a 5 min walk away.
