We really enjoyed our stay in a beach bungalow. The room was spacious and very clean with an amazing bathroom. The property itself was lovely and peaceful (we checked in midweek) and it never felt crowded. We loved the pool and the open air spaces around the bar to relax.
The dining options are somewhat limited, and frequently several items on the menu were not available. The buffet breakfast, while varied, was a little off putting with the birds being so close to the food stations. Understandably it’s hot and you want the airflow from outside, however I think it would be wise to invest in some more food coverings. A few extra things in the room such as a few plates and some teaspoons would also be a great addition.
Overall we had a great time and loved the private beach the property sits on.

En comparaison avec un séjour antérieur (3 ans), celui-ci nous a très déçu. Les prestations sont devenues médiocres et le buffet et service du petit-déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur de la catégorie de l’établissement et de nos attentes.

L’hôtel est en l’état. Plusieurs choses sont cassées dans la chambre. La réception ne nous a pas donné les informations sur le club enfant et sur les activités proposées. Le prix est élevé pour le service. Néanmoins la chambre est propre et très confortable.

Séjour en appartement, et pas d’eau chaude, impossible de prendre un bain et se doucher sauf à l’eau froide. Problème récurent dans cet établissement. Le personnel minimise ce problème !!!!
De plus, attention à votre facture : car on vous attribue des consommations d’alcool prises par d’autres clients, et prélevées sur votre compte bancaire après votre départ !!!

It was ok, room is spacious and comfortable. For the size of the hotel there were very limited spaces next to swimming pool and not very comfortable access to the beach. Reception staff were not really friendly.

We had a lovely stay, the room was gorgeous.
A little disappointed that we would have liked to have hired the bikes and been on a snorkelling trip but no availability for a week. A shame this wasn’t mentioned prior to arriving.
We also paid a lot for a themed buffet- the food was average and rather tasteless.
Not enough staff for the number of guests- we waited over 40 minutes for a drink by the pool which arrived with no ice and was warm.

バーでのピザ提供に1時間…時間掛かるのは承知してたけどまさかカウンターに取り残されたいた冷めたピザを提供されました。
そのピザの種類は頼んだ物に違いがありませんがスタッフが誰も動かずピザはずっと放置。
そして冷めたピザを持ってきて温め直してもらいましたが当然まずい。
不愉快すぎる。
チェックアウトの朝も前日にピックアップを頼んでおいたのに迎え来ず…
重い荷物を200m近く持ってレセプションへ行きました。
2度とここのホテルは泊まらない。
正直都心から離れていてホテルの期待はしていましたが全然良くなかったです。

En arrivant à 16h, nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes pour être emmenés vers notre chambre alors qu il y avait peu de monde !
Le savon a été oublié ! Et nous sommes 4, on n avait seulement que 2 serviettes !!
Le rideau occulte mal la lumière extérieure, réveillés avec le soleil à 6h30, c'est limite pour un 5 étoiles.
