The bed was so comfortable, perfect for a good sleep after a long flight. Rooms were spacious and well fitted out. We also found it very quiet. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Auckland.

地點非常方便 ,一出飯店便是皇后街，附近餐廳多購物也方便，最重要是不需要爬坡，(奧克蘭山丘地形坡度很大) 房間略小，2人住宿有些壅擠，2件大行李攤開不易,但還算舒適。

It is a nice hotel especially for the family. please announce the exceptional facilities like swimming pool, gym, laundly and so on. My kids are having fun to play in swimming pool. And also we could wash clothes anytime we want, don't need to wait laundry finished.

This property is excellently located for doing business in the CBD, or exploring all that Auckland city has to offer. We also easily walked to the ferry terminal and caught the ferry across to Devonport. Also down to Britomart area.
The hotel room was spacious and spotless. Modern and very well equipped.
The staff provided outstanding service. Nothing was a problem. They were so accommodating and helpful.
I would definitely return to stay again.
Fantastic value for money too.

The staff provided outstanding service. Nothing was a problem. They were so accommodating and helpful.
