We stayed there for 5 days while at a rugby tournament. The motel is very close to the motorway system, there are basic meals available in the cafe / restaurant, the parking area is very safe as there are key-controlled entry and exit gates and the reception staff were excellent. My car battery went flat and the lady at reception used her car's jumper leads to get it going again. Excellent stay. The only downside is no Sky TV.

Easy airport. Great facilities.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights, upon arriving to the room it looked alright, nothing special but sleep-able. We both started getting itchy bites all over ourselves, thinking we had been bitten by mosquitoes possibly, we found a flea in our bed. Not to mention, the two twin beds that were pushed together, kept slipping apart, there was no lock to prevent this from happening, so we had to keep pushing the beds together. The shower wasn’t the best either, water would leak through the crack along with the drain being possibly clogged as the water kept rising, constantly. There was also a used soap bar in our shower when we first checked in… there were also a lot of sand flies/fruit flies in the bathroom especially, maybe from the vents? It’s sort of like house keeping weren’t properly doing their job either, as when we first arrived there was dust on a lot of the stuff in the room such as the lamps and the desk mirror, there were also questionable stains on the carpets, outside the room doors/by laundry. The milk in the fridge had a weird taste, sort of like it was old or stale? And the utensils such as tea spoons were still dirty and had little brown stains on them, the cups also had little bits in them as well. If you don’t have high expectations, and looking for somewhere cheap, I can recommend this place. But other than that, I would’ve rather stay at a motel or somewhere in the city.

Guests were loud threw out the night.. White lightbalso came threw the curtain all night as well. Had no sleep unfortunately for my long flight the next day.

I liked how I was able to park my car right outside my Room and so did my wife shared a queen clean comfy and warm. As I was not feeling well on arrival the stay helped recover before the long drive back to Northland. Thank you I happy to use this service in the future

Easy to find, great value for money. Clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Helpful friendly staff. Restaurant and bar on site. Free airport transfer shuttle.

Foods is good and no need to go out in a rainy day. Bed is just ok for overnight. Don't like the floor felt like sticky, old furnitures and tv remote hardly to use. Poor sound proof can hear noises whole night and door is clacking the whole night. 10am is the last shuttle to airport no other options. It's on my black list tried once is enough.

Worse one I stayed in

We thought that we received excellent value for money. Used as a gateway for overseas travel; shuttle service was excellent, secure vehicle parking, nice quiet rooms which had a great bathroom, comfortable bed and was nice and clean. It was actually much better than we expected.

Very fresh and tidy. Efficient airport shuttle service. Helpful staff. Bar and snacks off the lobby. Good value.
