Great location for the ferry of train to and from the airport. Room was large and they sorted out one bedroom with a double and one with a twin, making it ideal for our family. The use of the kitchen and laundry facilities make the stay very flexible as we were travelling as part of a much longer trip, so a great opportunity to reset without needing to sit in the laundromat for ages. Gym was good, although the pool was cold, but is was August. Plenty of places to east nearby too.

I was travelling for an event, and staying just ten minutes walk away from the venue was so convenient. There were also bus stops and plenty of places to buy groceries nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The room was tidy and had plenty of amenities and split between a group it was very cost effective.

This is not a hotel, it is a service apartment. No air-conditioner in the room. Quite noisy. We were staying at 34F, the so-called harbour view is roof of other buildings.

Bathroom is not clean, and the flush is hard to push, rubbish bin is broken, sink got iron on it, likely used to long 3. outside is noisy even we are living on 17/F 4. staff not well-trained, gave wrong direction 5. kitchen got sufficient equipment 6. nice carpark 7. dish washing machine not working properly
