Good location, nice kitchen, close to supermarket and restaurant.

A very nice stay here with welcoming, friendly staff at Reception. Rooms had everything needed. A slight fraction dated but so clean and spacious. 👍 We recommend to everyone.

Loved this motel. Comfy furniture, warm and clean. Quiet too, unless open window or door. Could not hear people next door using their room. Couldn’t hear them drive in or out either. Want to return.

I really liked this place, great space and facilities.

As a mature couple, we very much struggled with all the stairs. But it was clean and comfortable

The room was extremely spacious, with a huge kitchen. We really liked the layout of the room, it was refreshingly different to other motel rooms. It was also well equipped, warm and comfortable. The person at check in was helpful and informative. We were very happy with our stay.

Nice facility good sized rooms comfortable beds

Unfortunately there was very little natural light due to the mezzanine floor, so lights needed to be on all day. Needs silicone replaced around the shower area as moulding and limited ventilation in the bathroom with no fan (only a window). Towels weren’t replaced daily over our 3 night stay, so remained damp. Staff were lovely.

Clean and tidy. 2 bedroom apartment was great… staff very obliging. Good facilities. Hot water did run out fairly quickly when trying to shower all 4 of us but can work round that usually…

Poor lighting in the room and could have had a dish rack for washed dishes to be put in

We were surprised to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, also a heated towel rail, which was turned on. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels, shower was terrific. We will certainly be back here when staying in Invercargill.

Nice place to stay

Not located in the city centre but convenient enough if you have a car (parking readily available on-site). Check-in staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean, with ample heating. It would have been good if the bathroom windows had fly screens so they could be left ajar without a lot of mosquitoes coming inside.
