We had a great stay at the Balmoral, very clean and pleasant accommodation. Our hosts were very hospitable and we appreciated the cuddles with Ariana.

Lovely spacious room and amazing bed. Great service. Would definitely recommend and return on our next trip to Nelson.

Clean and wonderful host!

Property is a bit tired, but was clean and had a comfy bed. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and parking was tight. If someone parked in the wrong place or out a bit too far you couldn't get past.

Handy location to airport & Tuhuna. Can't think of any negatives. Would definitely return :)

The rooms are very clean, beds are super comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Even though it was busy when I stayed, it was very quiet in the evening and I had a great sleep. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really friendly and helpful staff, unit was super clean, beds were comfortable. The little pool was great for our kids to blow off some steam after a long travel day. We were able to walk a short distance to get dinner, and it's just a little longer of a walk to get to the beach and an incredible playground. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable room. Proprieters very friendly and helpful. Great cooking space and we were allowed to use the owners' barbecue. Central location, short walk to Natureland and the beach.

The Balmoral is well located, with an easy walk to the beach and several dining options within walking distance. Access to services and provisions is a short drive away. The. Ed was one of the most co forts le ones we’ve slept in on our 2 months of travel so far! Location is quiet,

The motel is spotlessly clean and the accommodation was superb . The double room had a large comfortable bed and lovely kitchen with everything you need to cook with supplied. The bathroom was spotless and spacious with a fantastic shower. Absolutely loved our stay . Convenient to the beach which is within walking distance. It also a short drive into Nelson it’s self. Highly recommend this property . Belinda the owner was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the things to do in and around the area. Added bonus of having a salt water swimming pool.

Property was newly renovated and very clean. Large well equipped kitchen.

We were in a twin studio unit: 701 One Queen, one single. Parking right out front, swimming pool and guest laundry. The room was like brand new, kitchen all up do date and well provisioned. Excellent, modern bathroom. Some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything was clean and immaculate. Friendly staff too.
