Wonderful hotel.

It is a nice motel for families. convenience and inexpensive.

Quite place, surrounded by some restaurants, market, convenient to live, nice people, free car parking yard, only thing is that there is no wash machine in the room, only public laundry. In a word, it’s very cost effective choice.

Good experience of stay, hotel service is awesome, however, it is difficult to find somebody to solve the problem, as the dryer stucks.

The toilet flush could not work in the morning of both days, transient for both days, but already gave us a lot of troubles. The room was not small but very old. Wifi was not fast and unstable. The area is mostly residential flats, with no tourist attractions. The train to the city centre needs $5.5, which is expensive. If there are other choices, I would choose this hotel.

The lady that checked me in was super nice. She upgraded my room to the 1st floor, new building. The housekeepers were also super nice. No pool as advertised, when I inquired an older unpleasant woman at the front desk stated it was an old picture. She started to speak her native tongue to another woman as I was leaving. Yes, I would swim in the winter. Other than that the room was comfy, cozy and clean. Anything I needed for laundry, breakfast, or drinks I shopped at the local stores, the Hotel doesn’t have much of a selection like most Best Westerns.

Been coming here for years,friendly staff ,location is convenient -Supermarket ,KFC ,McDonalds 5mins one way - Westfield Mall other direction - Cafe on site with a $20 buffet breakfast Only negative - outside areas need some cleaning and prettying up please

The customer service and room service were both good. However, it was often noisy at night, possibly because of other guests having parties, and the hallway in front of our room was sometimes dirty with trash.

Rooms are large and clean. Free parking offered at the property. Close to transit and Westfield Newmarket Shopping mall
