Very nice arrangements to my request (upstairs and quite room). The room is spacious and with comfortable bedding. No kitchen but some nice restaurants nearby. Free parking spaces available.

The Host is very friendly, and there's a cute dog as well. It's not far from the city center, within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants along the way. Overall, it feels like a great location.

Very helpful & friendly staff, room is good, except that we got to walk up the staircases with our large luggages. Next to Great King St North where you have places for food, good location as well.

Location is a bit far from city centre, but still within walking distance, around 20min walk. Room is clean, big & quiet, with microwave & tableware, high speed wifi. The receptionist is very nice. The very good point is: after we checked out, we still could park the car there for half day so that we could visit around.

非常令人失望的motel，房间客厅都非常的小，洗澡水是用电的，等待过程很漫长，入住之前也没有提醒，洗澡到一半没有热水了，很狼狈。一张床和沙发床都在客厅，摆设比较不合理。厨房也非常小，买东西和购物点需要开车。

旅館門口是單行線，房間有一房一廳，設施簡單，開車出外有大型超市，到市區較近，酒店有開放式小型廚房，感覺過得去吧。

I loved my upstairs room with a view. Clean, spacious, tidy and the bed was so comfy. The best thing about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and I have two indoor-only, well-trained cats. Unfortunately, I had some young and unruly partying guests late at night in the room next door, however, the hotel management sorted them out immediately upon notification and peace was restored. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to a convenient main road, and within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens, university, museum, shops cafes, restaurants and the main street of town. I strolled safely up to the scenic Octagon at night for a lovely dinner - lots of options.

The cleanliness, condition and service of the hotel were very good. Unfortunately the lack of double glazing in the bedroom meant the all night parties across the street, made it very difficult to sleep.

We have stayed here before, and will again. Lovely staff.

Older but well kept, free assigned parking, helpful friendly staff, close to all restaurants, walk to botanical gardens (maybe not at night as there was a lot of garbage on the street that way so not sure of safety), close to university, comfy bed, traffic noise at night but stopped by 11ish.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little noisy at times due to some student housing nearby.

Property a bit dated. Strange mounting of TV over sink area when a few jib anchors would hold it above the window. For the price, good enough.

Main traffic drag so noisy. Limited dining around

Lovely people, pet friendly, bed was a little tired.
