設施設備齊全，乾淨且整潔，採光良好，櫃台服務人員親切，性價比高！可徒步至市區觀光景點、旅客服務中心約三十分鐘，開車約十分鐘。 廚房沒有提供調味(鹽巴、胡椒)，若有要備餐，建議事先準備喔！ 床鋪本身舒適，但床架稍移動就嘰嘰作響，這點可能會影響同寢友人。

The rooms are tidy and the furnitures are new. Good!

Die Zimmer sind zwar spartanisch eingerichtet, aber das Bett war das beste während meiner langen Reise. Die Küche ist leider nicht gut bestückt und die Kühlschränke sind zu klein. Trotzdem würde ich hier wieder ein Zimmer buchen

It was fairly quiet as there were few other guests.

A nice and quiet place for a solo traveler. Laundry was easy and available. Staff was responsive and checked in regularly. It was clean and close enough to the CBD (downtown) to walk to (about 20 minutes).

Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich! Dusche und WC sind in Ordnung. Leider gab es auf meiner Etage nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank und kein Besteck.

Great room

The studio room was very nice and clean. It just got a bit too hot in the room because the temperature thermostat could not be adjusted since the settings were locked. Other than that an excellent place and very convenient for visiting.

Upgraded to studio with kitchen, really nice Enjoyed quiet and peaceful

It’s about memories getting into Uni boarding. Gave it 5 of 5 for good will. The room was noisy right towards the rest room. It made noises while the doors opened and closed.

Great place to stay would recommend great value

This place deserves a praise. It’s a lot better than most backpackers I’ve seen in NZ, and costs like the cheapest ones around Dunedin. Thanks

Excellent staff very responsive. Lovely modern building and rooms. Great location. There were two of us, but there was only one seat and no dining table...orherwise we survived :0)

Comfortable bed and clean and fresh room and lounge games and outside bbq area and soft furnishings. Nice kitchen and ensuite fabulous! Great price including free parking too👌🌅🙂. Thank you Dunedin - so close to Otago university too. A.Over

Quick and easy check in. Rooms very clean. Parking restricted, but there was plenty of on-street parking at night. Like being a student again.

A great stay with some really helpful staff on reception. Room brand new and well kept. Great location with a short walk into town. The room as advertised didn’t have air con, yet there was a disabled unit in the room, which was confusing. Would’ve hoped on a hot day when checking in the window might’ve been left open with blind closed, but unfortunately not so walked into 26degree heat! Common rooms good as had air con, but tv didn’t work. Extra touch of provided tea, coffee and milk much appreciated!
