The location and size of the room was perfect for a one night stay for a family of five. What was rude was being called after being stuck in traffic saying they were going to close if we didn’t check in by a set time. The. They weren’t even there at check out. Also, milk in fridge was off by a month. Pays to check the small things. No breakfast for the kids as a result.

The motel is a bit run down and doesnt look like much from the outside. But the room is large with plwnty of space, balcony, couch, table and chairs, desk and kitchenette. The room walls are very thin and unfortunately we had some very inconsiderate neighbours which let the stay down. The water pressure wasnt great but the toiletries supplied were nice. Walking distance to supermarket and eateries.

I asked to change the booking to 1 person on arrival, due to friend cancelling, but this was kindly done. Friendly staff. The spa bath was great after a long flight and days of walking. Close to hospital and hospice, & conveniently placed to easily get into the city using the frequent buses from Smales Farm (5 mins walk), although its position means a lot of traffic noise. It took a while to get the best wifi on 2nd floor. All davilities as described.

Nice, tidy and well located. Easy onsite parking.

I arrived during rush hour. It is impossible to turn in to the motel and you have to drive past and come back.Very stressful when you reach my age !!

Room was very tidy and nice, easy check-in great location. Only letdown was the floor in the bathroom hadn’t been swept from previous guests

Great location for our event. Great for hospital location an easy 4 min walk.

The staff were super friendly and nice. Was easy to work out our rooms location. The jetted bath was the highlight of our stay.

spa bath facilities promoted in advertisement. Bath seems as though it was falling apart. Needed a ladder to get into. Basin cracked and grout missing from tiles on floor.

This property was conveniently located, clean & the beds were very comfortable. We booked a room upstairs as we wanted the spa bath. The spa bath was huge but unfortunately we could not get the jets to work. We would suggest a set of instructions.

Easy to access off motorway,staff very helpful,nice quiet unit. Would defimitely stay there again

Room was good, just the over powering room deodorizer, very strong and triggered my adthma, had to opensliding doors for about an hour to air it out.

Nice and handy to Eventfinda stadium Staff were super friendly and helpful 😄

WiFi reception and mobile reception very poor in Ground floor unit - it is like a reinforced concrete bunker.

Lovely clean and very spacious!!! Will gladly stay again!!!

Easy distance to walk to the hospital. Mitel contained all I needed thank you.

The occupants of one of the other units was rather raucous
