I didn't like how low the shower head was in the bathroom, but otherwise a great stay

This property’s main asset is its location close to Spark arena. Rooms are basic with minimal toiletries. Small beds in the double rooms. Bar and dining area are nice.

Easy check in and check out for this overnight stay in Auckland. Hotel is extremely well located for Spark Arena which is a short walk away. Room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was a little warm. It is so nice to have proper milk in the fridge. Good work Copthorne.

Great value hotel. Comfortable beds, 10mins to Britomart. Rooms had everything you needed. Great spot.

Terrible condition and definitely not a 4 star. The building is in a terrible state of disrepair and had a musty smell in our room and a leaking shower, resulting in a wet carpet patch. Sraff would have known about this surely.We cancelled our second night. And to top it off the lift broke down trapping a poor lady in it for an hour! Very stressful situation for her which we felt was not handled very sympathetically.

The restaurant and bar area were comfortable food was awsum. The negative the coffee cups in our room were very small you couldnt fit your finger in handle to hold cup and thete was only 2 cups we had 3 people

Overall the stay was good for the price we paid for.

Great location for a city stay with transport close by and easy walking distance to attractions and shopping/dining. Comfortable beds and lovely staff. The bathroom looks a little tired/dated, but everything was in working order.

Stayed one night after arriving on the TranzApline train. Ordered room service, food was average.

Room furniture looking tired. Would like better selection of pillows. Would prefer printed information folder rather than download to phone.

Although it's not a flash hotel, it's situated nicely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Affordable and comfortable accommodation!
