Perfect location with convenience of Westfield Shopping Centre directly across the road.

My room was clean and spacious which I was grateful for as I was staying for 5 nights. Hosts were welcoming and helpful and the location was fantastic being opposite the Mall. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay again next time I have need to be in Christchurch.

The reception, Helen, is helpful and understanding. I wanted to extend the stay until 6pm but unfortunately it was full.
I have a raw salmon to take back to HK which they were very kind to freeze it for me until 6pm.
The ambiance is very comfy.

It is a great property for out of towners or contractors like us to stay, clean, friendly efficient, helpful staff/owner. simplicity at check in and out. Walking distance to shops (across the road) restaurants and pubs within 5 - 10 min walk. Parking outside your door.

It was located nicely opposite the mall, which has plenty to shop. But there was road work directly outside the hotel, making it hard to detour and park. The guy at check-in counter was very helpful, even helped us to park the car. Good customer service.
