Just for one night to attend an event in the city. From the moment we arrived the staff were, efficient, attentive and friendly.
Room was beautifully clean and perfect for us and our grandson

Absolutely outstanding - the warm cookies on arrival at reception was very unexpected as were the welcome texts from the duty manager asking if the room was okay. It was very okay. A great hotel with friendly helpful staff, and a superb pool and fitness area.

Stay here if you want to be a member of IHG. otherwise you will not get free WiFi and bottled water in the room. Disappointed that IHG had to resort to such means to get customers to sign up.

Close to SH1, in own grounds. Services walking distance. Excellent 2 queen bed room. Beds very comfy with 4 good pillows each. Triple glazed so almost soundproof. Good rain shower. Very good full breakfast (extra $). Only downside the safe didn’t work.
