Decent room but on a main road with loud road traffic all night. Nice Irish pub directly across the street.

Good quality, clean bedding and fantastic water pressure in the large shower. Nice and quiet, with a little balcony area at the rear overlooking a pretty decent lawn area. Room could have done with an air out prior to arrival, but was relatively clean and a good size unit. Tv wasnt going, but we couldn't be bothered ringing the staff to sort it, and used the free wifi to stream a movie on our devices instead. (Staff are friendly, and when I informed them about tv in the morning, they said we could have rung and they would have sorted it) Aircon comfort, and a small kitchenette make it a homely stay.

Wet floor

Location was convenient for what we were doing in South Auckland. Sunday morning noise was not too bad but would be noisy during the week right on the roadside. Was clean and tidy but needed some maintenance. The biggest thing was there was no tea bags (only green tea) and silly sachets of milk!!

Average was my overall rating as its age that gives the impression of being outdated worked against a higher rating.

Presentation of lodge very poor. Grass hanging out of spouting. Needs sprucing up. Obviously they cater for WINZ, as i was practically abused by a woman who was in our carpark. We paid for a deluxe suite. Yeh right, curtains didn't draw across properly, carpet pulled away from lino. Skirtings with paint missing. It was a budget room not a deluxe suite! Small holes in sheets. I didn't actually feel safe. Could hear the 'Winz" clients with raised voices in other rooms. I wouldn't be going back any time, but it was close to where we needed to be.

sounds like the neighbours we in my room with me till late. then the truck noise started. great place to stay if you remember your ear plugs

We had a event at Papakura and found it very convenient and easy to get there. Very clean and bed comfy

The cord for the microwave was broken and only had half a cover on it. Mold in the shower and left over lid from the previous person who used the shampoo, body wash stuff left in the shower caddy and still left in there. No tea towel or cloth in the kitchenette area so I could dry my dishes. There was obviously a planned power outage as the pub across the road had a notice up but the motel did not inform us.

I would like dishcloth,paper towels and teatowels as required and sufficient milk thanks.

Great spot just south of Auckland . Got into room way early . Right opposite is a fantastic pub for great food and drinks .

Needs to have spare blankets in cupboard for queen bed.. no electric blanket on it either.. bathroom in need of TLC..was handy to a pub over the road..bonus.

Had to request batteries for television and air con remotes Exit sign inside room very bright

Comfortable, well cleaned. Eating utensil like can opener unworkable. Had trouble operating television. Only one remote provider where two was reqiuired. Had to fiddle with set to get it to work
