Kind and helpful service.

Helpful staff. The room is clean, just a bit cold. Heater is not warm enough. But Shower is hot enough.

The room has no air conditionar,and no space to exchange the air, it is very stuffy at night

Convenient location. Mobility access needs to be reviewed.

got there and was given a small room, it was rectify and given a bigger room with a little kitchen, that made all the difference, so was happy with that.

A good clean motel, comfy bed!

The outside looks like it needs updating but inside was grey and modern and clean the bathroom was excellent and new

This is a wonderful find near the heart of Auckland for an American traveler while visiting family here in NZ. The room was spacious and had everything I needed-- a small, well equipped kitchen, stove, oven and a fridge, a table with chairs, a newly remodeled bathroom and shower with soft towels, hot water with great pressure and a small handheld blow dryer. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. The room could have slept 3 adults. I felt safe-- be aware there are hotel rooms as well as more permanent housing for tenants at the same property. But it was a quiet neighborhood setting. There were two sitting chairs outside of the room overlooking the pool.

Our unit was clean with a comfortable bed and extra pillows provided on request. Good cooling fan in the room as the weather was hot. Room and bathroom facilities very dated. The motel was quiet with no traffic noise. It was easy to get around the city from this location.

Convenient location. Free parking is a nice change from expensive Auckland CBD locations

I felt the property was very tired and could do with some major capital being spent on it. The bed was ok and things were functional but generally it needs investment and a lot of updating. The lady on reception was very welcoming and pleasant.

Our room has everything we needed. The bathroom looked nice and renovated. I would recommend staying here!

Property was clean but dated.

It was not a great stay but not much to complain either. Things that could be improved would be availability of the pool (the one evening where we really needed the pool, it was already closed). For the shower they provided little sachets of shampoo, but no body wash. The shower cell is rather tight, and the shower head was mounted too low for a tall person like me. The smoke alarm was mounted in the bed area which IMHO is not quite fitting the standard, and its blinking can be irritating. The curtains were not fully light blocking, so we could not darken our room to our needs from outdoor lights. We probably will go there again if we have business in the region.

Overall it was good value for money. The only complaint was that for some of the TV channels there was no service/connection. Not sure what tje reason was
