房間意外的非常乾淨,床上被套完全潔白,服務品質很好,有問必答,廚房設施完善,真的讓旅人有回家的感覺,沒有浴缸可以泡澡是小缺點,飯店位置較為偏僻,附近是住宅區所以很安靜,想買東西一定要開車,總體來說評價很高,有機會會在選擇他!

这酒店没毛病，问题出在hotels网站，网站预定房型和酒店收到订单的房型不同，差价去了哪儿？

The window in the bathroom had no latch to close the window. I thought the room got vacuumed and beds made. Not at all. Otherwise pretty good

Clean. Quiet considering being pns main road. Close to public transport.

Great place to stay. Big space with a separate room which was good for my friend. Location is a few minutes drive from takeaway outlets, supermarket and the Panmure train station where it's a 20 min train ride into the city.

The room we were given has been upgraded to a modern standard. Bathroom and bed were very good. The balcony leading to the room needs cleaning. The low rating was the entry door was mangled and there was no safety latches nor was there a deadbolt. The room door had a gap on the bottom allowing any bugs or other small animals to enter when closed.

I arrived to a room where the bed wasn't made after the last guest used it. There were also dishes unwashed on the bench.

Hotel was fine but checking in was probably the worst service ive ever had at a accomidation ever

Good location, close to all the stonefield shops. We had the 2 bedroom family room which was very spacious and was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Added a Portacot for $25. Lots of parking and the property was quiet. during the day there’s some noise from the building going up next door but overall very happy

Super easy check-in, even when arriving late. Lots of free parking with wide spaces. Rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are modern, some with walk in showers. It's a quiet spot to stay.

When booking a glitch on expedia changed the date. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to change the dates. No one at reception when arriving. Had to ring a number. They demanded a Credit card number over the phone before they would allow access to the lock box to get the room key. I then dicover they took $100 from my credit card and it took the threat of court proceedings to get it back.

Clean, tidy and good location for us

Very nice and affordable...

We arrived on 23rd for a 4 night stay. Reception was not open at 1pm. After many phone calls we were told that someone was on there way to open the outdoor safe to collect our key. After another long wait , a young Indian Lady appeared from a door adjacent to the reception , where she had been all this time. Our beds were not made and towels were not changed. We left after 3 Nights

Jug was brken, no human interaction

Pros: Big rooms, great parking, quite close to concert venue Cons: one of main lights was flickering so had to turn off, no fresh milk (sachet only), neighbours in block of flats next door screaming at early hours of morning
