The reception staff were lovely room was adequate fridge freezer needs a defreeze as full of ice . Went for a swim in pool water temperature great surrounds of pool in need of much TLC .-concrete cracked some tile damage doors to spa pool damaged and dirty . Overall ok as a motel but tired

Nice place a few things to work on with cleanliness, when we walked into our room there was rubbish on the floor from previous guests, the ceeling is all pealing and needs fixing, the bottom of the shower needed a scrub as it has buildup of grime, the air con units were leaking outside and the room uboves airco leaked and deipped down off the balcony constantly. The pool and spa both needed to be cleaned as had dirt at the bottom in both(so did not use). The neighbours next to us had a dog in the room (policy states no animals) that barked in the night and kept us awake. Over all an average stay.

Location is good, furnishing is good, but it is so noisy, you cant sleep without earolugs. If you do not sleep like a bear, think twice. If you do, you will be fine.
