皇后镇哈特兰德酒店

飯店提供免費停車，步行到鬧區10分鐘左右，很方便，唯蓮蓬頭是固定的，洗澡爽度稍微低一些，其餘ok

空間很大很舒適，可惜陽台好窄不方便走動，而且景都被前方的屋頂遮住，看不到湖，只能抬頭看天空，但工作人員非常好，並提供準確的訊息，讓我們在皇后鎮有美好的時光！

The view on upper floor is better, but need to move luggage up stairs and also several stepping. May not have enough car parking spaces close to your rooms.

The facilities are a bit old. Their staff are nice and helpful.

看相片好像還不錯, 但實際上差太遠... 酒店應該也很舊, 房間設備, 特別是浴室設備很殘舊, 花洒水力不夠, 又漏水, 浴缸很舊也不乾淨. 酒店位置方便, 步行去市中心也在5分鐘左右, 問題是他們在主要公路旁邊, 如果房間安排在最边边的那幾間, 就比較吵.

Easy and fast check-in in reception. Staff clearly showed me where my room would be located in the hotel. The hotel service was good. It was surprising that a bag of new towels was hanging on the door when we put on the "do not disturb" sign.

House was good! Especial best to city centre, only work 5 mins can arrive! Nice!

Hotel is situated very near to city central and nearby transport terminal. It makes the traveling and going around very easy. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was so friendly for everything. The location was excellent, just 5 min walk to the downtown. The room was also spacious and comfortable. But there was a minor problem that the door of room's terrace cannot be locked, so it is a bit worry on the safety. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to others;)

The room is clean, cleaning staffs were thoughtful, they hung a bag of clean towels on door when we didnt ask for room clean up.

really convenient spots, room is good, but no lift. i do have many heavy luggage, so better to have the room at ground floor if we can.

水壺有上個住客留下的水（？），清潔度不仔細很髒。房間很大。露台外風景很好。服務員態度不錯。

Was close to the main part of Queenstown and the room had a good view and very spacious.

Amazing view of the water and surrounding mountains. Also within walking distance to the centre of Queenstown. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and more than comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that the rooms aren’t that well insulated in terms of sound if there were noisy neighbours, but this didn’t seem to be an issue.
