Kalau sekadar ingin transit di hotel ini sebelum keberangkatan pesawat, cukup baik menginap di sini. Pemandangan gunung-gunung di sekitar hotel cukup indah. Ingin belanja atau makan, tinggal jalan kaki sekitar 10 menit, banyak toko-toko, dan restoran di sana, ada supermarket juga (New World). Bisa jalan kaki ke airport, sekitar 20 menit. Kondisi kamar cukup baik, fasilitas lengkap, bantal dan tempat tidur nyaman, bersih dan kamar kami ada balkon dengan view gunung.

Travelled the world and have never met a lovely lady like Rachael from Malaysia. She went over and above to make our stay simply wonderful. We will come back again. The Holiday Inn was very very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen going forward. Anyhow the reception desk staff is extremely helpful and nice! Solve the parking issue very quickly.
Very recommend the stay if you are going to Queenstown!

Modern clean hotel. Conveniently 300m to supermarket. Ample parking nearby at affordable rate. 10 minute drive to Queenstown or regular bus just outside. Bus stop outside for snow transport to both the Remarkables and Coronet Peak. 5 minutes from the airport but quiet ( never heard a plane whilst inside). Given a free upgrade to a balcony room with an amazing view. Highly recommend.

Located in Remarkables Park in Frankton, this Holiday Inn was very close to great eateries, a new cinema, a supermarket and other stores, a bus stop and adventure activities. The airport is also close by. The hotel was clean and modern with expected hotel room facilities though was a bit stuffy as windows could not be opened. Hotel staff unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.
