Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Only downfall was waiting to be seated for breakfast. Otherwise 10/10 stars 🌟.

The staff were a highlight of the Hotel Indigo, going out of their way to help us on several occasions. Unfortunately the bathrooms have a “privacy glass” surround which we felt left us exposed when using the bathroom; this was the only drawback of our experience.

From check-in to check-out, customer service was superb! They knew we were from out of the country, so they got us into a room earlier than check-in, provided us with recommendations for activities and dining, and upgraded our room! The room was clean, spacious, and had wonderful views of Auckland Harbour.
