The location was great but parking not so. If u have a car, you need to pray very hard that Latimer Square has a free parking lot for you if not you will have to pay for parking. It was 10 min walk away and with luggage it is no joke. There are free 5 min parking just outside the hotel for us to load luggage etc but there are taxis waiting there (definitely for more than 5 min) and they took up all the lots. This happened to us when we first arrived and even on the day we left -_-
We kind of regretted not choosing another hotel with free parking.
Otherwise, it is a hotel in the central area of Christchurch and you can walk to Riverside Market from there.
Everything else requires you to drive so getting a hotel with a convenient and free parking lot is more important.

The kettle in the room was containing the metal or one sort of dust when the water I boiled, I guess it was out of order so the hotel replace it and check on reqular base. Other than this, the hotel is well located, very convenient to explore the down town Christchurch.

Our flight to Wellington was cancelled. Air New Zealand is not friendly enough to offer us a free stay, therefore had to stay in town for one more day. Booked at last minute therefore pricey. Since many of other passengers have been assigned to the same hotel for the same reason, it took us a while before getting settled. The bedroom was fine but toilet is a bit small. Quiet and sound sleep.

we arrived on christmas day. All store closed on that day. Luckily we had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, which was quite good. The hotel was located next to earthquake endangered area. It was convenient, which is near the "Re-start" shopping area. The hotel facilities are fine but the showering area is a bit too small.

Room was comfortable bur fairly basic, nut it was a great price.
Only negative the sheets seemed to be washed wirh a tissue, so little bits of paper were embedded on the sheet.

スーツケース2つ広げるにはやや部屋が狭く、ワインを飲みたかったが部屋にワイングラスは置いていなかった。シャンプーリンスも持参したほうが良い。しかし、ベッドも水回りも清潔で、スタッフの対応もよく、バスインターチェンジにも近く、過ごしやすかった。
