Excellent house, excellent service. The staff in the motel can accommodate your request quickly even after office hours. You can ask the staff to help you call Max Cab so that you can avoid moving the luggages up and down the steep slope. Excellent lakefront view and you can enjoy the star gazing at night. Looking at the sky and you do not want to sleep. The next day, you can enjoy a lakeside walk and you can reach the Queenstown within 20 to 25 minutes

This apartment is quite nice, feel like staying at home. Big living room with lake view, we also have our own kitchen so that we could prepare dinner and breakfast by ourself. The heater was working well.

Breakfree the Point locates at a wonderful location with an amazing lake view. The room is clean, staff is nice. I will stay there again if I visited the town.

Lakeview ang walking distance to city centre.

We enjoyed the location and the view from our room was excellent. Our only negative was the lighting of the stairs. It was very dark at night and difficult to see.

Like. The view of the water was very nice Didn't like: There were two doors to our room, one to the outside and the other to somewhere unknown. At approximately 9 pm someone tried to break into our room from the unknown other door and again at 9:40 pm. They scared the heck out of us. I called the reception desk and they said that it must be the people upstairs and he would call them. If that were the case, when those people checked in, they should have been told to not touch that door. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep.

this place has spectacular views and quiet vibe. top area for living room balcony and kitchen and downstairs area with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. i would stay here again. especially with 5 people (2 couples) and single

Breakfree is on the lake/you can access the jetty. Lots of space if staying with a family. Very steep parking / hard to exit on a main road but you can do it! loved having kitchen. Our washing machine/dryer did not work but had assistance but on return had to wash everything again. No walking distance food options but you do have your own kitchen

Unfortunately will not be returning or able to recommend this property, we stayed in apartment 23 from dirty rooms with dust on the walls, hairs on sheets, musty smell in lounge from water on the bottom of windows. The bathroom just stunk. Truly shameful as tried to speak on check out but was instructed just to leave the key on the desk.
