All Chalets are independent from each other (they don't share the common walls). So it is very nice not to hear voices (or noises) from your next door or upstairs / downstairs neighbors. Also the gentleman and lady I met at the front desk are very nice and respond quickly to my questions.

Nice motel in Twizel. The bed is comfortable and the location is good. There is good view for taking picture at the starry night. You can take good picture for sure!!

這旅館是三角型獨立屋設計，好有特色，車子可泊在屋前，出入方便。床舖及屋內地方整潔，還備有小廚房，雪櫃，爈頭及餐具等齊備，方便煮食。周邊環境舒適，值得推薦住宿。

房間數很多，可供多人入住，並有個人隱私空間，入住及退房速度快，服務人員亦很親切，廚具及設備齊全，可供自行料理三餐，二樓未開窗的話，睡覺及活動會較為悶熱，部分窗戶有蜘蛛絲，似較少整理，不過，因為此次住兩晚，第二天白天有整理丟棄垃圾，蠻不錯的，只是，旅客入住之前，建議可先詢問是否有打掃整理需求，會更妥適，所提供網路速度快，符合需求。

We arrived late because we didn't pay much attention to the check-in time. However, the owner of the chalet appeared and gave us the key. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only drawback of the chalet is the broken of the shower faucet. It either flew with very hot water or cold.
