很差。住了4晚，未有清潔房間。最後一晚，在晚上7時清潔，但當時我們還在房內，所以，並婉拒他們！！ 質疑他們真心， 還是例行的一問。 我未曾住過一間 住宿是在晚上七點做清潔！！！ 當入住時，有 conditioner 但冇 shampoo。有洗衣機，但冇洗衣粉。 我入住此間 apartment的目的，是為了洗衣 ，但竟然沒有洗衣粉！！！ 床並沒有暖氈，如果 一些怕冷的客人， 忠告不要住！

Nice place to stay

地點好，房間也剛好，有洗衣烘乾設備，但是我們去的時候他正在整修，環境非常亂，

由於飯店施工關係，幫我們改訂到附近合作的飯店。不僅價位不符合，連相關硬體設備跟原來都不符合，完全是降級的住房體驗。第一次遇到這樣不好的訂房體驗，從高價房型降級到低價房型，也沒有退價差。雖然降級到相同房型，但是軟硬體全部跟著降級，WIFI流量有限制，沒有洗衣機烘衣機，廁所天花板還發霉，房間沒有對外窗或是空調，空氣對流很不好，隔音很不好，真的是不好的體驗。

The room is clean and tidy. There is a supermarket countdown nearby. Located in Custom street, very convenience.

フロントの方がとても親切に対応して下さいました。ベッドもトイレもキッチンも食器もとても清潔でした。 ただ、1階だったせいか？キッチンとトイレに小さな蟻がいました。 洗剤で拭きましたが、毎日数匹歩いていました。 よく見ると、床の絨毯の隙間から出入りしているようで、それが残念でした。 それと、シャワーの水圧が弱かったです。 他は朝食も美味しくて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

It was very close to places we wanted to go, the staff were kind and it was a clean and well looked after place.

The service was great. Bed was comfirtable the room exceeded my expectations. Internet was great. Within walking distance to most places and spark arena.

Great location for Spark arena events. Spacious room with the studio apartment

Stayed here for an event happening at Spark Arena. Just made everything easy as its only a 2 minute walk to the venue. Check in was slow as they only had one guy manning the front desk during peak time and he was trying to do everything including retrieving peoples bags. I felt sorry for him. When we eventually got to our room it was great. Everything we needed and it was a spacious room.

It’s convenient to Spark. Disappointed that the hot buffet breakfast was no longer available and hot breakfast was extra. Didn’t k know about the change of Name communications very poor as we were meeting friends that had never been there before so thought they were in the wrong place.

Excellent location and services when i come to Auckland for a gig at Spark Arena. Close to Queen street too. Comfortable

I messaged twice the hotel directly before staying well prior to arrival. They did not reply - except for a marketing upgrade message! This lack of communication was disappointing as it advises people ti make contact re parking etc but then ignores you. Accommodation was booked due to a late night event and needing a sleep in. Devastated that this was impossible as around 7am completely evacuated out of building with fire alarm and a wait outside in the cold of winter. Feel both these aspects most disappointing severely hindering what could have been a pleasant stay where you feel welcomed and refreshed. But this was definitely not the case this time.

This hotel is a great choice if you're planning an evening at the Arena. The rooms are clean and well appointed and you will be hard pressed to hearother guests

I liked the clean spacious room, location and parking for the price point. It was quiet and felt safe. The breakfast is simple but they were able to accommodate me with Gluten free bread which was good and again inline with price for a queen room anyway!
