Was a little hard to work out how to get in, but was comfortable and clean

The unit was very dusty. My partner and I were sneezing throughout our whole stay. We wish the cleaners vacuumed the rugs and furnitures more thoroughly... Other than that, the unit was superbly located. Close to restaurants and bars. A short walk to Queens Road for great Shopping!! We had a grand time - outside!!! Thanks for the Bottle of Bubbly!!! Hahahahaha Cheers!!!

I forgot to arange a carpark at the time of booking. when i arrived at the apartments I contacted Expedia to try to arrange the carpark and all I was told from Expedia was "sorry we can't do anything, have a nice weekend". We finally aranged a car park through the surcity garurds then that evening we walked back from dinner to find a sign advising "no parking after 5:00am or your vehivle will be towed". There had been no mention whatsoever from Expedia or the apartment complex about this. Extremely disappointing.

Property was fine. In a great location, although noisy. Clean and well presented although bathroom is outdated. I would have been better staying at hotel. I didn’t need the whole apartment, just a place to sleep and it was less convenient than checking in to a hotel. For the price I could have stayed at a nice inner city hotel. Also I had a $200 bond taken at the time of booking and have heard nothing about it, nor has it been refunded back to me. There is standard of communication and service that has been lacking throughout the booking. It all feels automated and transactional.

The location was awesome! 3 minute walk from Queen Street. Awesome instructions of how to get the key and great facilities. Bed was so comfy! Really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be staying again when we're back up in Auckland

I loved the space, it is so nice to have a full apartment when on vacation, and the outdoor balcony was lovely. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, easy to walk to whatever you wanted to do. The big cruise ships come into Prince and Queens Wharf so at times there were huge waves of people and it got a little confusing when I was checking in with parking because of that,but a minor thing.

Tidy and homely apartment close to the viaduct and city. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This is a condo type unit in a fabulous location! If you are going on a cruise it is a spectacular location at a very reasonable rate! You literally go downstairs walk 20 yds. and check in your luggage. The unit is full equipped including a washer and dryer and an assortment of breakfast cereal, coffee & tea. King size bed. Convenience stores are downstairs as well as pay parking. It is literally on the wharf next to the Hilton. I will definitely stay again. Our next door neighbors booked thru VRBO for same price but no Hotel.com loyalty rewards.

We, a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 small kids), enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The amenities provided were exceptional for our needs (washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, stove top, Nespresso capsules, and cereals). Location was walking distance to the ferry terminals, restaurants, grocery/convenience stores. Would definitely stay here again!
