When we arrived the hotel, it was raining like cats and dogs. We were all wet, carrying our luggages through the front door of the hotel, but there was no assistance nor caring words from the hotel staff. BEWARE that the hotel room had no hot water for shower and the toilet door was unable to close or lock!!! Unable to try their restaurant as it was full. Buffet breakfast was just ordinary and not impressive.

1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in. 2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not up to a professional standard and services of a Five Star Hotel at all!!! 3) We let the staff come in to check the equipment, however she did not provide any reasons for her behavior and even no expression of "thank you" or "sorry for inconvenience caused" to us upon leaving. What a poor service and attitude as a Five Star Hotel, no training at all?

great location , at the gate of air port. good service and breakfast, good clean

入住的主因是酒店非常接近机場, 方便第二天早上到机場。酒店新落成, 設計簡约, 床是非常高级和極為舒适。 員工很親切和服務非常好, 是一間管理極好的酒店。但价錢实在太貴, 酒店沒有娛楽設備， 附近亦沒有好去外，纯睡一覺。

Always a good time staying at the Pullman. Cant beat the proximity to the airport, and the excellent breakfast in the mornings!

Great facilities and comfortable room very convenient to the airport

A great hotel to stay whether prior to leaving or returning to NZ with the international terminal directly across the road. The rooms are quiet, very tidy and the beds are super comfortable! Staff are always friendly. My preferred hotel in the Auckland airport zone

Modern and well appointed. Unfortunately, Check-In was a disaster as the system was down

The room was very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Clean, quiet, comfortable with dining options

Smooth checking at 3.30 am. Quiet comfortable room and we were offered a late check out which was much appreciated. This hotel is perfect and the service is always excellent at the front desk.

Really Convenient to airport to catch earlier flight.

Great stay at the end of our holiday

Check-in was a breeze and the Reception staff were so polite and friendly. The room was so spacious, clean and welcoming. The dining and bar area were next level impressive. Great, friendly staff and the food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Auckland. Thank you Pullman Auckland Airport for an enjoyable stay. 👌
