great facilities and clean room but spent too much time on check-in process.

Beautiful place

Clean, spacious and comfort. Just slightly far away from town center, but this gave us a good quiet resort time.

We loved the 3 bedroom house it was very warm and super cozy for our family

It was a great stay! Lovely 3 bedroom homes, use of boardgames and books. Use of ammenities like hot tub, tennis and table tennis were such a great thing for us. Loved the use of the bbq! Reception staff were so helpful! Would totally stay again! Thanks again Team for a great stay!

Everything was perfect. 2nd time staying here and will definitely come back for a 3rd and many more.

Pictures are not what the hotel is it. The entire place smelled of mildew, mold, and stinks. Not from Rotorua sulphur. But from the actual hotel. Running the washer dryer caused entire place to be humid and smelled so bad. The connection isn’t correct. The ac doesn’t work. Walls thin. Could hear every weird noise in middle of night. Dirty furniture and old carpets. Never again. Husband got bed bug bites all over his legs. Horrible! The outdoor furnitire is dirty, worn and covered in algae. Pond stinks. Towels and sheets all stained and worn out. Old.

Loved our stay. Have booked again. Family friendly and so many things to do that you could stay here your whole stay and not need to leave. Convenient dairy nearby. Not far from Rotorua life. Can’t wait to come again.

Nice environment

Great quite location, rooms to cater for any size family

We enjoyed our stay. It had great facilities for the family - bbq, pool, spa, gym, board games, table tennis. Our chalet was looking a bit tired and in need of a spruce up, however it had everything we needed which made for an enjoyable stay.

Place was great and convenient. Only complaint was Hot Tub was not in the best shape.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Gym on site and board games available. Very scenic located next to the lake.

Very nice accommodation for families, great staff and great amenities, It was a pity it was raining so we couldn't enjoy the spa that much. Would be nice to have the spa area fully covered, it is partially covered at the moment. Overall a great stay.

Bit further out but quiet

First stay in a chalet after six other stays here. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The resort has a restaurant, pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and gas BBQs available. The chalet was spacious, well equipped with washer and drier, dishwasher, full-sized oven and fridge, heat pump, comfortable couches, a deck/patio with outdoor furniture and lovely views of lake / sunset, and fenced backyard. This is a peaceful place to stay and relax, and only only 12km to city.

The three bedroom chalet was perfect for our family of teenagers. Spacious, clean and cosy. Great kitchen facilities and we loved the lake view!!
