We loved using the pool. Great sized room for us and our two children. A great place to stay before we flew out of Auckland airport. We would definitely stay again.

After being initially disappointed that no milk was supplied in the room that was immediately replaced with amusement when after a quick call to reception a robot showed up at the room with 2 bottles of milk.
A very enjoyable stay at a clean quiet hotel will excellent black out curtains.
The transfer bus also stops right outside the main site providing a very efficient trip to the airport.
All in all the perfect spot to overnight for an early morning flight.
Diving options and the pool also looked excellent although we didn't have the opportunity to try them this trip, maybe the next one.

Overall an okay hotel if you’re just looking for a layover stay close to the airport. Beds were hard and pillows too flat, breakfast was horrible but there are very few options to eat elsewhere in walking distance.
I suggest you spend the extra money on transport to get a hotel in downtown Auckland so you’ll have good cafes, restaurants and attractions closeby!

We enjoyed the rooms, the shower was amazing and the beds wonderful. The restaurant was hit and miss. The chicken was very dry and very, very overcooked. The fish was incredible. The service and staff OUTSTANDING. weill definitely stay again.

Seemed expensive for airport adjacent property 15 minutes away on shuttle and charging $16 for shuttle to and from airport is a bit much. Nice hotel. Clean. Helpful staff. Comfortable. 4 out of 5.

Room is clean Bed is comfy firm. Reception gal was really courteous and helpful, helping us to pre-book our yellow bus tickets to airport the next day, and pointing out store facilities with a printed map (tho 20 min walk) where we could buy fruit and takeout meals.
