The hotel was excellent to stay in and we would definitely come back. The room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. We could walk to most things and the room was lovely and quiet.The only feed forward we would have is maybe more than only two glasses and cups in the room and to check that things like toilet paper were replaced as there was only one roll for our stay. However the housekeeping staff were friendly and it wasn’t an issue to ask for these things. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An excellent hotel with great breakfast. Good restaurant and bar.A bit out of the way but still only a 15 min walk to town and restaurants. Located on a lake. There are hotels closer but this worked out nonetheless.

While the staff are friendly, the room smelt of mildew or mold. It hadn't been dusted in a while as the surfaces (ie. On top of the fan and light switches) were visibly dusty. The sheets were clean. The pool wasn't reflective of what was shown in the pictures.

The room was average and not well sound proofed. Smokers and people talking when walking to their room was disruptive. It is nice and handy to town

The staffs are friendly . The hotel building is old but the room is ok . The safety box was broken .

We had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It is a perfect location, easy walking distance to the Polynesian Spa next door as well as the town. The facility is a bit old but it is a good value. The pool was small but it was still easy to swim laps. Overall very pleased!

Right in the heart of Rotorua and a minute walk from the Polynesian Spa. Also easy to walk to central city area with lots of restaurants. Room was spacious and staff was very nice. Would stay again if in the area.

Great stay, although, knowing we had a baby with us I probably it would have been good not to have a dual queen bed set up as we barely had space for the portacot. Also fridge needs to be looked at as it was like a warm cupboard and wouldn’t go cold. Which was not ideal in the lead up to the ultra marathon. Other than that, friendly staff and great amenities

Surprised by the sulphur smell from the Rotorua lake. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

My wife arrived first, our room was not ready so we were down graded from a king room to a room with 2 queen beds. This is not what I booked or paid for. The TV Blew up and took over an hour to be replaced. The bed was so hard I may as well have slept on the floor. Will never return.

Great place to stay

The hotel is ok but more disclosure is needed about the sulphur smell (stench).

Lovely staff and tidy accom for weekend away. Close (walking distance)to poly pools restaurants and also supermarkets. Great accom choice for a weekend in Rotorua
