Amazing for the price. Quiet and clean, albeit a little rundown-looking. Would absolutely stay and again and would recommend. My only gripe is that the shower water pressure was somewhat lacking.

Very aged property and poor water pressure in the shower. However lovely lady on the counter and comfortable enough for a overnight stop.

I liked the location and the staff were very obliging. The unit was clean and comfortable but the whole property needed an uplift. The fountain in the front was surrounded by a weedy garden and it is supposed to be the frontispiece of the property. The unit needed a refit to make it more up to date.

I liked nothing. It was 'unique' in that it is a ramshackled mess.

While the man at the front desk was lovely, the place was very run down and worn out.

The room was nothing like in advertising photo. The dining furniture was disgusting and should have been replaced a long time ago. The seat cushions were stained and dirty. The bed covers were questionable as to when they had been cleaned Overall not somewhere I would recommend staying at

Very old, shabby and run down. There were ants eggs in shower, cockroaches, and snail in room. Wallpaper peeling, shower had poor pressure. Very poorly maintained.

Overall fine for what we needed. Clean but the pillows were a bit useless. Value for money but the place would beneifit from a bit of a tidy up.

Where do i start! Leaking toilet cistern held together with brown packing tape, towels threadbare and even holes in them, dirty stained dining chairs, net curtains on ranch slider door about 24 inches too long and a real tripping hazzard, iron cord damaged with bare wires showing, electric cooker cracked, bedroom side tables in poor condition.

Very nice. Hosts were super duper friendly and very convenient for the concert. Transport for concert was organised by a private company, can highly recommend.

Place is a little run down and needs a lot of renovation. However unit was clean and had all the utensils you need. It is situated on a main road so if you have a unit at the front, street noise at night can be a problem. Manager was friendly and check in quick.

It was a cheap stay so even though the condition of the place was a bit run down I was clean and had everything we needed. The service came without a smile. That was disappointing.

It was a great set-up and great location, staff was good, not friendly but not unfriendly either. Only problem we had was we all came back with itchy bites, either from the carpets or the beds. Otherwise it was a good stay. Thanks

Very in need of maintenance. Door to shoer room broken. Window latch in shower broken. Paint peeling etc.
