Hand walking distance to shops and transport

When i booked, a necessity was a ground floor unit and they rang to confirm that was done. On check in the host was super friendly and polite. Unit was clean and tidy. Convenient location too

Excellent management/staff. Property a bit dated and bathroom definitely in need of an upgrade. A full length mirror would be good. A lot of road noise, but probably would stay again.

Very clean, convenient to restaurants

Great value, short stay option for Auckland. Just a ahort uber to Newmarket or the city. Motorway and rail line directly behind the property. Trains are electric so minimal noise from them. Would stay again

Property looks old and many spiders found at the ceiling. We locked ourselves outside the room with the key inside the room. Receptionist was out and having a notice stating will be back shortly but did not appear eventually before we found help from other roommate to unlock the room.

Great stay at the Haven. Clean and tidy rooms and the staff were lovely. My only feedback would be as this backs on the the motorway, can be a bit noisy, and lights outside the rooms (which you cannot turn off yourself) are quite bright which makes the room quite bright while sleeping. Would recommend sleeping plugs and an eye mask. I would stay here again and would recommend to people visiting Auckland.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, looks very homey, modern and new. Huge TV. Very nice lighting including the mirror with backlight. Easy parking. An amazing and relaxing place to stay!

Very nice room, very convenient to all the medical places. I checked in very late so organised with reception, was too easy.

Place was perfectly fine to stay in. conveniently located and was very close to bus stops and train station. The room size was good, and the bed was quite comfortable. Staff were friendly. The cutlery and crockery were a bit mismatched in the room, and some needed cleaning again. While dish cleaning items were provided, the only place to wash them was in the bathroom sink, which wasn't convenient at all.

Great place to stay, room was very nice and located in a very convenient place for us. Staff are very nice, will definitely be staying here again.
