Nice host and willing to help. Kitchen is well equipped. Felt warm when the host brought me milk after a long flight. Clean sheet. However, there is some dust around the corner. Bathroom is really clean.

据说老板是广州人，店员可以讲中文，无论前台小妹还是清洁老妈妈都非常友好，会主动打招呼和问好表示欢迎。房间是两居室面积很大，与图片相符，最多能够住6个人，一间大床房一间双床房厅里两张单人床，并且所有床中没有沙发床，这在新西兰很多Motel的6人房型中不多见（很多都是4+2沙发床），床很软很舒服，主卧有一间挂衣服的壁柜，厨房用具一应具全，餐具锅碗冰箱茶壶炉灶烤箱，提供茶包和调料等，免费Wifi不限流量。位置不错，在市中心，离美食街也很近，夜晚在二楼平台坐着可以看到很美的星空，车位充足，有游泳池。唯一不理想的地方是浴室透明，卫生间在里面，同行朋友洗澡时无法上厕所。

A great place to stay. An older building but neat and tidy inside, and fully equipped with heat pumps in the living area and bedrooms, large fridge, large TV screen etc. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, offered us a free upgrade which was terrific! Beds are comfortable and clean, furnishing fairly new and pretty much spotless. Nice outdoor settings too. Plenty of secure off street parking. Will definitely be back next time we need a place to stay in Hamilton!

All was excellent

Walkable from city centre and cricket ground, maybe needs a little lick of paint here and there, but overall no complaints.

The room was nice and large which was great. The shower could have been a lot cleaner - the shower head was very yucky and hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. Overall, for the price, it was great. Awesome location - could walk down the hill into the main street of Hamilton very easily.

Clean and comfortable and to facilities

2 bedroom apartment was ok. Toilet roll holder was broken and the room service hmmm don't know what they did apart from top up the toilet paper as beds were not made.

close to the hospital which is what we wanted. even though the lady we dealt with was asian she was very nice and understood us as we her.

ワークショップに参加するために1週間滞在しました。スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋の清掃も丁寧でした！部屋のキッチンで自炊できたので、快適な滞在になりました。暖房器具も完備で、ベッドには電気毛布もあり、あたたかく過ごせました。数日以上宿泊する方は、スリッパとシャンプーを持参することをおすすめします！ I stayed at the lodge for a week to attend a workshop. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned perfectly every day! The room was equipped with a kitchen so I could cook for myself, which made my stay very comfortable. Thank you!

Nothing flash but clean and tidy. Lovely white sheets and towels. Heat pumps in every bedroom and lounge. Friendly youg girl on reception. Great for a stay to go to claudlands LAB concert

The room was comfortable and clean. However, we were stying in a room for 4 people and there were 2 of everything (towels, bowls, spoons, coffee sachets). That wasn't really appropriate in a room that sleeps 4.

Easy to find, clean and warm. Close to the city and the hospital

It was OK for one night. First impression when driving in was not good. It looked very run down. The room was clean but an odd layout. The kitchen had pots & pans but no hotplates to be able to use them. No sink either for washing up. We had a ground floor room behind the office because we were physically not able to get up stairs with our bags. This was very noisy with people coming & going until quite late. The door had a broken bolt so could not be used for extra security. The property has a lot of people who are visiting the hospital for treatment etc, so not your normal tourist motel.

Large rooms, old but in good condition and clean. Quiet area but a bit of a walk to shops and eating places
