位置方便，房間寬敞

喜歡這種單人房的簡約，房間不用太大，但也不會小到無法展開行李箱，飯店周圍有許多餐廳，往下走約10分鐘就是熱鬧的Queen street。熱水供應穩定，床型舒適，唯冰箱有時運轉稍微大聲，其他都不錯。

廚具有問題卻無告知旅客。 當發現房間廚具發生問題時，跟服務人員反應後，卻遲遲沒有後續通知及處理，還要旅客自行再去詢問。結果問題也還無法解決。 建議住宿旅客在入住時，先行檢查，避免發生類似事件。

The room is large and very comfortable although it is a little far away from Britomart. The service is good in general but one of rubbish bins never be cleaned in our 6-night journey.

房間整體來說不錯，空間大，還附廚房，家電一應俱全旅舘位置靠近市中心，交通方便，價格不貴，讚！

Location at the margin of Queen Street. Room is a bit small and house keeping needs to be improved. Not comprehensive and detail at all...

Staff was good, helpful and polite. The area was quiet, but a little bit far going downtown. Breakfast always the same and never change the menu everyday. Supplies in the bathroom was not enough, like shampoo & body wash.

Rinteessä sijaitseva. Kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Olin hyvin tyytyväinen majoitukseen.

Decent location and room for the price

The concierge made things quite difficult when I arrived. There was a cold acknowledgement of my arrival and instantly I was met with scepticism as to my belonging there. I was clearly judged on my appearance. He demanded my physical identification and when it was clear that I had none, he offered no other option but to deny accomodation. After a while he decided that a photo of my ID would suffice but by then I was already deflated. The room "looked" nice, but there were no robes, no slippers as promised in the offer. We had to cook our dinner in the oven because there was no frying pan. When we asked for one, they sent this up with an employee who told us not to use the oven because it's not good👀. When we asked why the range hood wasn't working he said that it only works when you use the job, not the oven. Next things there's a loud hum coming from the bathroom and when we enquired about that we were told that it only made a sound because we had the range hood on. Lies. That humming sounded all night and disturbed our sleep. Absolutely disappointed! Worst stay in a long while. And I've stayed in many different places!

We stayed for only one night, but everything was clean and the staff was nice. The parking garage is a little challenging to get into/out of, but not a problem, and it was quite secure. Good food nearby.
