stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but both not idea. the sauna door was difficult to open and close, meaning it's often left open and never gets hot enough. one hot tub's jet system was left on for the whole night as i turned it off early in the morning. meaning no staff checked the area after they closed it off the previous night. the experience didn't meet the expectation.

入住時櫃檯人員沒有接待並不友善，也沒有解說住宿設施與規定，浴室有點髒而且設施有點老舊，整體來說價格這麼高住宿設施與品質不好。 另外，以往在Expedia訂房價格和品質是我比較安心，可是我在網站上看到，同天入住房型與我們訂購的價格差異，竟然便宜一倍，所以我認為提早2個月訂房並沒有比較便宜，而且沒辦法保證價格，讓我很不能接受。

花園環境令人很舒適，但房間燈光不足及電制位不足，前台服務人員態度散漫及不友善。

Difficult to find staff at times

Nice hotel but too far from the central

We loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom which actually warmed the whole room up so didn't need to put the heat pump. We enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant and loved the open fire there.

All expierence was amazing. The views from the room, the staff, the food. Great options for dinner and delicious buffet for breakfast. I requested a little cake for my partner 's bday and they arranged a very amazing gift. I Really apreciate it. Totally recommended

Check in was easy. Nice view of the lake from our room. Giant outdoor boardgame. Room was nice. Floor was very creaky. Felt sorry for our neighbours. Check out was fast. While place is outdated & smelt musty. Cupboards are falling off in the room. No cloth or tea towel supplied. Under floor heating in bathroom. Shower pressure was awesome! No lift to second floor. No offer of help with baggage. Nice place across the road makes yummy burgers other than the restaurant they have at the V. R.

1980s property. Low winter rate was the appeal.

This property was very clean and had a quiet, family feel. Staff greeted us warmly and assisted with a late dinner, then offered a delicious buffet breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the views were beautiful.

The property is located right across the lake and have amazing views, however its quite dated and the room below the level one were pretty noisy when kids were running upstairs.

Room was clean abd comfy. Beds extremely comfortable. Had the buffer breaker and ate dinner at The Grill, food waa very good. Will be back

Had a great time. Nikhil was really good, friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend to book here if you like to be away from the centre and crowd.

Great views of the lake but the hotel is tired... needs a refresh paint, room facilities... bathroom .... had a shower and there was water all over the bath room floor
