My room was lovely. So appreciative of then upgrade. Jackson was great to work with; assisted with ways to make the room warmer. Very much enjoyed my stay!

Good location

The following things should be provided in the apartment: 1) Kitchen scissors 2) More trash bags 3) More detergent for washing machine & dishwasher 4) More liquid detergent for self-dish washing 5) Extra heater in for the studio bedroom. The aircon unit in the living room produced insufficient heat even during early winter (now). 6) Clothing clips for hanging wet laundry to dry naturally at the balcony. 7) Some bottles of drinking water. 8) Butter knives 9) some welcoming fruits or drinks. 10) Fresh-grounded or capsule coffee maker 11) Fresh coffee beans or choice of coffee capsules 12) Sugar pack or cube sugar for hot drinks 13) Sugar, salt and pepper for cooking should be provided. 14) Laundry - softener

Really clean and easy check in and out. The property was super convenient in contacting us to ensure we checked in smoothly outside of office hours. All amenities provided were useful and of great cleanliness

The property reservation manager was friendly and helpful, sharing with us the location and information about the city and granted us an upgrade. Super thanks!

Secure parking for two cars. Ideally located centrally near many facilities (Hagley park, restaurants, pubs, square). Staff excellent.

Great location. Just a few mins walk to city centre, casino, restaurants. Always something to do near by. Nice and quiet, so clean and room had everything we would ever need. One of the best places we have stayed by far. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an amazing stay 🙂

My stay was amazing: the staff were responsive, kind, helpful—and my room was ready even when I arrived very early, which was a delightful surprise.

Great apartment. Good location,close to everything. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here and found it super close to everything in the city central. The staff were all friendly and so were the other inhabitants. We did visit around the time of a nearby festival, so things got a little loud near the windows, but we both agreed it was worth it for the balcony (which we were on quite a bit). We were headed up to Auckland after our stay, but neither of us wanted to leave the little apartment or its area, so we highly highly recommend. The kitchen was fully stocked and with a convenience store nearby, we were easily able to pick up odds and ends. The bed was huge, but a little stiff, and the gym had a great variety of stuff but got a bit stuffy without a fan in the room.

West Fitzroy is in a great location, fairly priced, free parking, will definitely stay again!

The property is smart & well maintained. Well equipped and stocked with toiletries, washing & dishwasher powder. Located within easy walking distance of the main centre, with cathedral, restaurants & shopping there. A few yards from a tram stop, located outside the interesting quake museum. Short walk to Botanic Gardens. Would be happy to recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great walkable location, close to everything. Great, easy parking in an allocated spot. We were apparently upgraded to the 7th (top) floor, south facing. A little cold and had to use the heater in January! Noisy seagulls but can't do much about that! Constant lift noise as we were next to the lift. Great washer/dryer and shower. Overall a very nice stay.
