Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.

the room is a little bit small, if you got a large suitcase, you have to be careful. also, the curtain in my room has some problem and cannot be used.

我亊前是不知道是沒有冷氣的，以這個價錢是不應該的，在網上訂的時候沒有資料說明是沒有冷氣的，消費者有權選擇，當我訂了後價錢是八百多元，但是我朋友在其他的Apps在差不多同一時間offer只是四百多元而已.

Polite and cheerful staff Clean and tidy May improve in sound proofing Wifi quite good 10 to 15 mins to Cuba street (with many restaurants)

Decent room and area. 1 bed had a weird dip in the mattress but otherwise was a good stay

Nice gym facilities staff are awesome easy to get to cbd and other venues rooms are nice

Shower water pressure was very very low.

Positive: Spacious room, bathtub, clean, price To improve: provide shampoo, better lighting, warmer bedding, heater either more effective or with a timer.

Beds were clean and exceptionally comfortable. Decor was very tired with paint peeling off. Tv didn’t work. Window latches were in poor repair. Location was great

Room was too small. No heatpump ac. The wall heater control switch was fiddely. Room is dated.

Hotel is fairly old - needs a renovation but has an earthquake prone notice on front door - it was fine for the price.

Rating is based on price, excellent value for money. Perfectly functional accomadation at an incredible price.

We enjoyed our stay we were warm and comfortable and tired and needed a good rest and we certainly got that and staff was wonderful thanks

Good walking distance to city center. Well priced for what we needed for the nights stay

Good hotel, nice vibe and friendly staff. Close to city but hard to find the entrance to.
