Amazing housekeeping crew!

The property had gorgeous rooms and fantastic, punctual room service. The lack of an elevator to my knowledge was noticeable, but nothing that would severely impact my stay. Just an accessibility concern.

We have stayed here every time we are in Ikeja. But the last couple of times the room smells like feet. Im not sure why but they need to do some deep cleaning. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good too.

Staff were very welcoming and eager to help. Showed warmth,respect and discipline. I will use the facility again.

Air conditioning wasn’t working, had to Cal Hotels.com to complain about it. Service men kept coming and I couldn’t relax. When I arrived they said no room after my booking. Check guy had to speak with his supervisor before I got check in

They have good food only so i can ignore their other issues. But they beed to make the place more fun. After a few days, it starts feeling like a hostel and you will need to go outside to catch fun to avoid being bored.

Its an entry level luxury hotel. They give you good value for money. Well sited. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to exercise my feet for medical reasons. I enjoyed standing near the foundation to adnire the flowers 💐 and it was calming.staff was very willing to help. I am not happy with them cos i tried to book for another week but they did not tell me they had no vacancy and had cancelled my booking not even to ring me up. It was very distressing to start searching for another hotel.

Great hotel, great service

Nice hotel, Nice Ambience, clean rooms.. but their main point is the very helpful and attentive staff. I would rexommend the hotel.

I felt a bit apprehensive arriving there at night with the bad roads, but all my misgivings disappeared when I got to the Reception. From the Front Desk staff to the porter and the room assigned to me, i was so impressed. Fantastic.

Good value in this area. I will upgrade this review if management adds an elevator to the building.

The location of the hotel is great. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping services were impeccable, ensuring that the room was always clean and smell nice. One of the Managers, Celestina is great listened and addressed my issues promptly!
