Generally on the surface, this hotel looks clean but there are many areas where its lacking. The room itself its clean but the bathroom needs more work. I only stayed a night. Checked in late nite, the staff did not have my booking from Expedia and the price difference issue was raised but they decided to sort it and give us the rooms we wanted. The airconditioners were not cold enough, we asked for a fan several times, but never received one. The internet was not strong either, kept dropping, therefore it took atleast over an hour to send or open an email. There was also standing water in the shower by morning, not sure where the water came from. The only worst part for me was the cockroaches. We killed one before going to bed, but then another was heading towards me at 3:30am. Not sure what woke me up to see it, but after that, i couldnt sleep anymore as its been a while since i have seen a cockroach. I would stay in this place again but only for the discount price on Expedia, except if they improve on their general cleanliness. The staff members are great!
