The toilet drainage pipe in the room constantly let off a foul stench. Everytime you entered the room you're welcome into the room with the ghastly smell. Maintenance and domestic was called on 3 occasion to do something about it. The breakfast experience was also regretable, the service rendered was way below minimium standard. Ignored repeatedly when politely signalled for service.

What I liked about this hotel was the newness, decor, the young staff who are friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the creaky wardrobe doors,the thin toilet paper, the toilet seat were too low. Other wise the food, ambience, and staff were excellent. Great to see a new hotel that is clean and fresh and smalls good with great food too.

Will never stay here again. Their security failed to do their job. Our car was vandalized and they refused to even meet halfway with the cost of 200k naira Their parking inside is too small So if you have a nice car don’t even park outside bcos their security is sleeping on the job. Their front desk people - not helpful either Their pool is dirty and walls are thin you’ll hear everything. Food poisoning too! Save your money and go somewhere else. I have nothing nice to say This hotel is a joke

The staff are fabulous! The room was comfortable and clean; an oddity is that the door from the room into the bathroom is see through so if you have a guest it is not private. The pool looked clean but is only 3' deep, the ladders looked a bit loose; I did not venture into the pool. The property itself seems very safe--a security guard at the gate to enter the walled property, a front desk staff, then you need your key card to even get into the hallway where rooms can be accessed. View from my window was a lot where people dump trash but in a city of so many millions, you see trash everywhere. The kitchen is open 24/7, which is nice if you are from a different time zone. I would stay again.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was mostly friendly, but not always helpful. We enjoyed the waterfall shower. Love the rooftop bar and the ram meat, but the food was expensive and they have issues processing international credit cards. The complimentary breakfast was OK, but no variety, the same 4 or 5 options everyday. The area surrounding the hotel was very poor.

I was extremely pleased with the design and decor of the place and pleasantly surprised by the price

Aside from the noise which emits from the roof terrace when music is played which hinders one from a good nights sleep, the general ambience of the hotel was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. Had to constantly remind them for my change. My room was lovely and spacious.

The room was lovely and well furnished. The decor great. Shower out of this world.

The Hotel was lovely however the manager at the front desk on arrival was useless! We had to wait until 3.45pm to check in because our room wasn't ready with no apology from the manager. There was lack of communication between the staff on our breakfasts. It was easier to go through Nigeria's custom than to have our breakfast in the mornings.

Very comfortable and good quality hotel a few miles from the hustle and bustle of VI

Very clean and four star standard but was disappointed when the fridge was not working, the room service staff promised to send up the technician to fix it and they never came till I checked out. Breakfast was yummy too!
