Everything very clean and easy to get around great location to the centre

Buena ubicación, check in y entrada fácil, no hay ascensor y las escaleras son muy incómodas para subir con equipaje, el baño muy pequeño.

We stayed here one night as a convenient spot for the excellent Arctic Circle tours northern lights tour. Great value for money and comfortable stay. Very quiet and beds small but comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Room was spotlessly clean. Nice views from 2nd floor. I would stay again.

Hadde bestilt rom med privat dusj. Men det var det ikke. Dette ble kjapt ordnet med en telefon. Fikk nytt rom, ny kode og rommet og dusj funka bra.

AMI HOTEL IS PERFECTLY PLACED FOR YOUR TROMSO STAY, VERY CLEAN AND HAS GREAT FACILITIES IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD. THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT.

Very nice place to stay, close to the middle of Tromso.

The rooms are somewhat small. This hotel lacks an elevator. It's situated on a steep incline, a ten-minute walk from the port. Guests with heavy luggage might find it inconvenient.

We (2 seniors) had rooms on the third floor. There were 18 steps on one flight and 14 on the next flight. It was hard to bring our luggage up and down the stairs. Ther is no elevator. My room was beside the staircase and it was very noisy at night when people were going up and down the stairs. We canceled one night there and hoped to get a refund. The owner said to check with Expedia but we can’t find anyone there to communicate with.

Cozy and warm rooms. Convenient location and friendly staff.

Small, but good and comfortable hotel, only a few steps from the city center. The room was small but it had everything for 3 nights stay. There was no wardrobe in the room so it could be a but problematic for someone staying longer time because I had to put my clothes on the chair or a small table, there were no hangers. One small annoying thing was the fan in the bathroom which could not be turned off and was on all day and night long.
