Enkel innsjekk med digital nøkkel. Rent og nytt rom med velutstyrt kjøkken og nydelig utsikt.
Ski in/ski out var litt tungvint, da det ikke var tilrettelagt en ordentlig løype helt fra hotellet. Det fungerte likevel fint for oss som er erfarne alpinister.
Det var imidlertid skuffende at verken hotellet, Expedia eller nettsiden til Narvikfjellet informerte tydelig om vedlikeholdsarbeid i bakken og stengte heiser før oppholdet var betalt og booket. Dette burde kommet klart frem på forhånd, slik at man kan ta et informert valg.

Utsikten från sviten var alldeles perfekt i första våningen. Köket var fantastiskt då det inte finns mat att handla innanför backarna! Det var synd att jag fick information sent om att liften inte var i bruk innan bokning! Särskilt att det inte går att omboka via hotels.com!
Det som saknades i sviten var hårtork och Micro, men man klarar sig helt utan oxå.
Obs, hotellet ligger i backen, långt ifrån busshållplatsen! I vinterkylan blir man tvungen att ta taxi upp och ner vilket är ok om man har räknat med den kostnaden.

Chambre impeccable avec petite cuisine manque un micro-ondes.
L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre 3km et surtout avec un dénivelé de 600 mètres,un service de bus (n2) fonctionne ts les jours sauf le dimanche etdimanche

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and courteous. We liked the location, but important to know you are away from town and there is no restaurant on site. Also, the small kitchen in our apartment was nice, but would be great if they added a toaster oven or microwave to heat up food items that can’t be cooked on a stovetop.

Check-in was so easy with Basecamp reaching out to us 48 hours earlier with all of our check-in information so that we could self serve if we chose to

Neues Haus, eher im Stil einer Jugendherberge, moderne schlichte Zimmer, keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer,
Freundliches Personal, Balkon mit super Ausblick.
Das extra buchbare Frühstück war unterirdisch, aus der Tüte, zwei scheibchen Brot.
