A very nice and clean hotel in a great central location close to all the main attractions and transport links. Breakfast was great with a good variety and staff were very friendly. The only issue was that the room was pretty poorly lit so always felt too dark even during the day.

Could be a bit noisy with being so close to trams & train station, if need to open a loft/very high window for fresh air. But if you wish to be located near the centre & close to the train station then this is idea location. Buffet breakfast good but due to the fact signs state go early to avoid queues, well people do go early too.

Great location for exploring the city, and close to train to airport. Staff were very friendly, breakfast options great, and was nice to be able to get a glass of wine in the lobby area after a long day of exploring. Older facility but clean and our room for 3 was spacious and comfortable!

Stayed here in December, stay was ok but one of two elevators was broken. Stayed again early February, elevator was still broken. Waited ten minutes to bring luggage down, could not get an elevator. Ended up carrying bags down the steps, where the stairwell carpet was disgusting and the handrail in the wrong side, where the steps are too skinny to walk. Will not stay here again.

This hotel was centrally located in the area where we wanted to explore, breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING, and the staff was so kind to us.
One of the night staff helped us find a lost wallet that was left in the hotel shuttle, translated on the phone for us, and was so sweet!
I highly recommend this place.

With 5 mins walk to Oslo Opera House and Munch Museum.
10 mins walk to Oslo Central Station and Karl Johan (main shopping area)
Convenient: with 2 Joker convenient shops nearby.
Hotel staff are helpful and friendly.
Good choice of breakfast buffet.

Convenient location , walkable from Oslo central station, DFDS ferry terminal, Karl Johans gate, Munch museum and opera house . There are tons of food places nearby as well as supermarket. The breakfast includes both hot and cold breakfast option. It is good value for money .

Las habitaciones son cómodas, deben mejorar en detalles como por ejemplo, el zafacón del baño estaba roto, el inodoro liqueaba por un tornillo. El personal del desayuno no era amable en lo absoluto. Un solo ascensor dificulta el gran movimiento de personas para tantas habitaciones.
