Sentralt og fint. God frokost

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Stayed three different days during our trip. Mostly for familiarity and ideal location. Only issue was last day. Signs everywhere say check out is at noon. However, at 11, your key card is turned off. Almost lost our stuff! Also, one of the staff walked in on us changing to “change a battery” and did not want to leave even though we said she could not come in. Made for a very awkward moment.

Posto tranquillo, centrale. Staff gentile e stanza pulita e silenziosa. La colazione niente di che, è servita nel bar sotto cui si accede internamente. Non conviene pagare la stanza con colazione inclusa: l'albergo ha cucina comune e distributore di bevande calde (economiche), dato che intorno ci sono molti supermercati (economici), se ci si organizza la colazione la si fa con pochissime corone

Excellent location. The hotel has easy access to shopping, dining and tourist attractions. I liked the vibe when you checked in.. The receptionist welcomed us nicely and kind..such a sweet lady.. The free dining offered is superb.. All the staff are helpful except for one evening receptionist who I think needs to improve her customer service attitude.. Shout out to Lena and Andra in the reception, Marichu and Maria in the dining and Yahu housekeeping. They did a very good job to keep the guests comfortable and had wonderful stay..Very well recommended hotel to stay..

Liker ikke når det ikje er noe sted å sette fra seg toalettveske på badet. Ikke hylleplass eller skap på badet i det hele tatt. Det liker ingen kvinne. Ellers synes jeg ikke at rommet var noe hyggelig. Triste farger (rom 621). Det var mer et flersengsrom med plass til 3-4 stykker, framfor et oppgradert dobbeltrom (som bør være litt ekstra.)

Very cost effective, centally located, quiet hotel

Skittent rom, støvete og elendig renhold. Ok frokost og forsåvidt ok service.

Great location. Great breakfast buffet. Staff pleasant enough but not helpful when we asked questions about location of things like the ferry terminal or sites they would recommend. Room was small but comfortable enough

Senga var plassert slik at det ble klatring for å komme ut av den. Det er noe komplisert for 70+, som må opp om natta. Ellers var alt tipp topp.😀

It is the first time for me, who has travelled for over 30 years, to stay in a hotel room that did not have a phone to connect with the front desk. For any requirement or information, we needed to go down to the ground floor. There were hardly any amenities except for towels and toilet paper, and liquid soap. Could not connect our devices to the TV. The beds were not comfortable, and the family room we stayed in was extremely congested. Not enough room to store luggage to hand our clothes. The buffet breakfast that was offered as part of the stay was the only plus I can say about this hotel. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN

Veldig bra beliggenhet, "bakgården" er nydelig. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, gode senger og god frokost 👍Veldig fornøyd.

Mitt i centrum ändå tyst. Sköna sängar men små rum. Ok frukost.

Little hard to find at first but very convenient location

Alles gut und relativ entspannt im Hotel! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück super. Die Lage ist mega. Abstriche nur beim Kinder-Zustellbett… hart wie ein Brett… sehr ärgerlich… zum Glück nur für eine Nacht….

Small, but clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of the city. Easy to walk to most everything. Numerous restaurant options all around hotel. Just 3 blocks from train station.
